    @Mama__B @cogeco We having the same problem with our TiVo. Complained and was told they were working on it, let’s just say it still doesn’t work. We usually use the Xbox for Netflix now. It is so annoying.

    Koodo. Bell. Rogers. Telus Mobile. Wind, Cable Cable, Freedom mobile. cogeco have all had me on accounts. PUC & Hydro One. Yet the Health System treats me as invisible. Banks... Nova Scotia, Royal, Montreal, TD. Never Banked with maroon coloured bank except drive through. Cost $3

    1/2 Hey @cogeco Some tips on how to improve your sub par customer service. -Make sure to assign qualified individuals to cases! -Call the client to inform them if a delay you've been aware of for several hours is going to occur. (Bc an unqualified tech was assigned to a case!)

    @Cogeco .. Total BS with Loyalty Dept... I was told on Oct.16 that my bill would be down $57..even wrote down employee name. Flash to today and this promise was NOT honoured. Get it together. No choice but to leave u completely after 20 years. Ridiculous!!👎👎👎

    @cogecohelps Thanks. Just trying to save a few bucks. My new phone service provider has given a pretty good quote. I haven't had time to take a close look at my bill from Cogeco to decide
