@thepuckdude @NatachaRaphael @cogeco Because people love to call and yell at people who have nothing to do with the problem. It makes them feel better about themselves

@cogeco what would happen if all technology were to shut down everyone would become zombies. Great time to spend with your family.

Is my kid evil? A rural kid that’s never known high speed internet is displaying signs of schadenfreude now that the in-town students have lost their #cogeco connection.

  • LaGourmandesse Megan E (@LaGourmandesse) reported

@MIHomeYGK It's a DNS failure...Manually set your wifi's DNS to Google's public DNS at 8.8.8.8 and you'll be back in business until @cogeco sorts out their DNS issue. #ygk

  • DaGimp13 Nicholas Gerrier (@DaGimp13) reported

@cogecohelps @libraryzombie I've traced it as a DNS issue on Cogeco's end... if you change the adapter settings in Windows 10 for DNS to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.8.4, it'll work

  • doe_nadine Nadine Doe (@doe_nadine) reported

@Andrade14Mike @KeeganB63977789 @cogeco Good for you. I'll am salty because I work from home and this is a constant issue. Imagine being on a conference call with a major client during a presentation you are giving and internet drops out? Not fun at all.

  • Sidular Sidular! (@Sidular) reported

@Carminevittori5 @cogeco WHY ARE WE YELLING?! But seriously. Cogeco is a business. If they fail to provide the services their customers are paying for, the customers have every right to be upset and complain. It’s not as if internet is a gift. End of the world? No. But an expectation of service.
