    @cogeco your outage reporter is bullshit. The estimated time of service return is always an hour after you check the stupid thing. I literally just refreshed the page and it updated by a minute. How do you think this is good customer service?

    @canadaposthelps hello. I have been waiting for a new modem from Cogeco. I specifically asked that I be able to pick it up at a Canada Post outlet as I do not have access to the mailbox at my building. apparently it was delivered here anyway & sits unable for me to p/u..help.

    @NoMansion_RL I called the company @cogeco to see but it says they are gonna be installing it eventually but no tech support gave me a official date :/
