@gramshelper @pdejager @CheriDiNovo I’ve searched Ontario and the prospects for affordable rent for a 3 bedroom house are not promising and when I find affordable the bell/cogeco service availability tools show I can’t get sufficient connectivity for my WFH job.

@cogeco pretty bad when you login and try to view your bill online and the error message is “403 forbidden”.

@cogecohelps internet has been out since 2:30am, Cogeco blames it on @HydroOne but my power has been on since like 10:30am. 8 hrs since my power is on so what gives? Outage page says there is an outage but just adds an hr to the estimated time from when you look at the page SMH

@cogecohelps It would be great if Cogeco EVER helped, but unfortunately I will need to go to another provider for customer service. Is there any company out there with good customer service? #Rogers where are you, please come to my town I beg you!

@TanyaFusco Weird. I've had dry loop DSL and other services through TekSavvy and they got stuff escalated through Bell/Rogers/Cogeco faster than I ever could. I'd say that's a Comwave issue.

@daskey Cogeco cable: Against All Odds, the Muzak version, in a never-ending loop. Couldn’t wait to dump the service so I wouldn’t ever have to hear the song again 😤😫😩

It's beyond me that @Cogeco raised their rates when their service is so inconsistent. Perhaps I pay as consistently as they provide me internet. Absolutely the worst. Wish Canada didn't have only a handful of providers so that Cdns had more choice.

@cogecohelps @cogeco I've called in, this is how I know it's a problem. Three times I've called to one of your agents and they end the call when I say I have no PIN. I appreciate your attempt to placate me, but it hasn't helped at all.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Yes, I've tried calling and you guys put a password on my account that I never chose and was not advised of, so I am unable to make changes to my account. No one ever provides solutions to this problem. It's my account and I can't do anything to it. I'm just going to cancel it.
