@ThelmaCameron18 Yea I left Cogeco. There was one woman in customer support who was mean as hell, she actually disconnected me from my internet because she didn't like what I said. I left after that

  • MartinLanta3 Martin Lanta (@MartinLanta3) reported

@truckdriverpleb I got Nord VPN because Cogeco internet started to block IP TV. No issues now. Works on Netflix too.

  • bobby__cole bob (@bobby__cole) reported

@cogeco Why does your internet go down at least 3 times EVERY SINGLE DAY? Wtf is going on over there? Like get your **** together.

  • RobertLaing10 Robert Laing (@RobertLaing10) reported from Presqu'ile Point, Ontario

can always count on cogeco for bad synchronized cable. Buyer beware. The worst cable ever.

  • DjaMon777 DjaMon💫 (@DjaMon777) reported

@Bell_Support How can Cogeco remedy the exact same issue within 3 hours, but Bell requires 35x!!! more? COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! 3/3

  • DjaMon777 DjaMon💫 (@DjaMon777) reported

@Bell_Support Unrelated, but very pertinent... Repair is a joke. A 3rd party contractor eff'd-up our condo's main cable box yesterday, leaving all Bell and Cogeco customers without service. Cogeco had THEIR techs here in 30 mins, and within 2 hrs service was restored. 1/3

  • taylrg1 ☆𝕥𝕒𝕪𝕝𝕣 ☆ (@taylrg1) reported

Getting really tired of @cogeco deciding to do their maintenance during the day. Two days now of our internet being out most of the day when literally everything in my house runs on internet. I get it, “first world problems” but ***** I pay for this **** I expect it to work 🙄

  • mikejmaude Mike Maude (@mikejmaude) reported

Maybe I’m crazy but there was a cogeco worker at my neighbours all day today and when he leaves my internet stops working. Wtf is this

  • KevinAn45942701 HammerofSparx (@KevinAn45942701) reported

@DouglasPollitt While I 💯 agree there is a ton of anti-competition stuff, I haven’t been able pin down what says they HAVE TO report scores. Does CBC? Local news? Do newspapers? (it bugs me that OS didn’t prove their case by getting on Cogeco, SaskTel, Videotron etc. Would’ve been faster)

  • RobertLaing10 Robert Laing (@RobertLaing10) reported from Presqu'ile Point, Ontario

There goes cogeco. Down again. Just like a toilet seat. Which is where cogeco cable belongs. In the toilet. Buyer Beware.
