HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! ๐

RealStevenJames (@RealStevieJames) reported@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. Iโve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!
