    @cogeco when you are trying to watch a show, yet, every five seconds the show freezes for 20 seconds then it starts up again, then freezes again after five seconds for another 20 seconds… Can’t wait to cancel

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    Cogeco is hands down the worst telecom monopoly in Canada. They pay employees poorly and charge exorbitant rates that rise every few months. **** the Competition Bureau, the Ontario labour minister, and **** this company.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps epico boxes still suck. Can't even stream their own 4K channels without regular choppiness. And it's not the signal. I can stream 4K on the tv apps no problem.
