    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

    @cogeco You really affected work from home people. Also - your customer service call centre is awful. Can’t get a hold of anyone.
