    @draglikepull If I'm in a line of sight roughly perpendicular to a wall, I can get about 10m into my yard. Wouldn't try streaming video unless within 3m though. But any angle past about 30* and concrete basement wall kills signal. Modem in basement bc Cogeco won't lay cable To new rooms.

    @cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.

    @cogecohelps I've been on hold forever...my shop is currently unable to process money which is sorta important and nobody is answering the phone at Cogeco business tech...are we down?

    Do you have any idea when the Cogeco cable outage will be resolved in Hawkesbury. It is so frustrating!

    @cogecohelps Hi cogeco, this issue is still happening this morning and has been happening for about 5 days now. Random drop in internet connection for a quick second. Same thing happened last year around this time for 3 months before it was resolved
