    Shout out to @cogeco making things right. Been having internet issues and they just upgrade my internet to 3 times the current speed for 50 dollars less cause we’ve had loyalty for so long.

    @zephmont1 yes soo bad where we were forced to plug in our router from the old modem like weeks ago a major outage hit ontario affecting all cogeco internet services and crap and people were pissed af !!!!

    @cogeco Your service is **** in sarnia. 130 dollars+ a month for a service that's slow and never works. I have to reset my router 1,2,3 times per day and it was completely down for almost a week there. I work from home and am having this issue for too long. Switching to @TELUS

    @cogecohelps Can you tell me if Cogeco is experiencing problems again? I have been dealing with horrible upload speeds all afternoon. I cannot get past 2Mbps.

    @cogecohelps hi there - getting conflicting information. The cogeco website is saying no current outages however, when I call tech support, the recording says there is an outage in Georgetown. Can you confirm that it’s still being worked on?
