    @cogecohelps @cogeco Again tonight no Detroit feed. I really have to get rid of Cogeco. Who in Canada wants the Colorado feed. Thanks Cogeco for always disappointing your customer. @COGECOSUCKS

    @cogeco Your support page says "No Outage Detected" but it has a message on the same page saying you are investigating an issue impacting TV services - so this page should say an "Outage is detected"

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco
