    @cogecohelps I called Cogeco support and spoke to a tech. He said Cogeco is having troubles today with the type of Cisco modem we have, and they are working on it. Meanwhile, rebooting has improved service, but speed is still not what we pay for.

    @RaceCanada_ca @DiscVelocity Man, Cogeco came through last weekend but have let me down this weekend, my @DiscVelocity channel isn't coming in and their tech department doesn't seem to be picking up, long race though

    @fanCRTCProfling Yes, Bell sucks. Always has. Always will? Rogers sucked years ago. Now much better. Cogeco awful. Videotron consistently good except pricing. Orono Telephone Company was lousy. Lansdowne Rural Telephone was good. Telus (new) not awful. TekSavvy middling, Lightspeed good.

    Was just on hold for 36mins with @cogeco @cogecohelps with no response due to my @TiVo box not working and I am not getting all my channels, once again disappointed with the service

    Wildbrain, owner of Family Channel and related services, has filed a #CRTC complaint against Cogeco, accusing it of unfair tactics in negotiations on a carriage agreement. Cogeco has apparently told Wildbrain it intends to drop Family, Family Jr. and CHRGD from its systems.

    @ronmagnetron @cogeco @cogecohelps Tried chatting with a representative on the web site. Said there was a “noise” issue in the area but no ETA. Then tried to say the issue could be with my router.... classic. But then the chat got cut off cuz the connection dropped...
