    @cogeco absolutely terrible service. I have called into your call centre twice now and got horrible service from your reps. I have asked to speak with a manger twice and both times I was hung up one. Brutal

    @cogeco Just sat down to watch 10 Mins of tv. EPICO not working ... wifi down again? My daughter has a presentation in 5 mins and I’m back online teaching in 30. This is getting ridiculous
