    @darren_c @cogecohelps I don’t know if this is a Bell Media problem or a Cogeco problem but I pay Cogeco. Switched from Bell because they promised great service. I question this decision regularly. Someone needs to figure this out.

    @cogecohelps Internet down again in StCatharines. I called tech support but there’s only a message telling me to go to the Cogeco website but your website is down. It’s disgraceful customers can’t speak to a live person. Been with you guys for 27 years but I’m switching tomorrow

    Once again @cogeco @cogecohelps my internet is down. The ONT shows solid blue with blinking Ethernet activity, but no connection. My equipment is fine, so it feels like an issue with the fiber line. This keeps happening and it shouldn’t.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Fiber cut in Rockwood area now too. Never had any outages on Bell. #cogeco down a lot in comparison due to modem and other issues. Terrible service.

    @GeneralsUpdates @FloHockey The Rogers broadcast isn't much better, it's having a stroke. Not sure if it's Rogers, Cogeco or whatever yourtv is but someone needs to fix it.

    @cogeco thank you for the amazingly ****** service. Trying to watch the Jays game and right when they are rallying for 4 runs and the internet goes out AGAIN! Averaging 1-2 outages a day and the only response I get is “power cycle it”. **** you. Sincerely, Paying Customer

    Cogeco is still the worst internet provider in Canada.

    I love coming home to find that I have no internet @cogeco - network not appearing as an option anywhere, no outages and modem apparently online and working. I have reset my modem twice - nothing. It’s like my wifi just doesn’t exist.
