    @cogecohelps @cogeco unable to send email from various devices and multiple users. Return suggests detected spam when content is the word test. 20 minutes on hold to call ctr. Support used to be good. This is very poor. What’s going on? Anyone there?

    solid stream, wish my valorant teammates weren’t literal ***** matter and that cogeco didn’t provide the worst internet possible. appreciate you guys stopping by and hanging out, we get tf out of bronze elo tomorrow. 😤

    @nfitz1 It’s just a couple channels now, and they were working just fine up until yesterday evening. Then everything went haywire. I’ve had Cogeco for less than 3 weeks, and this is already the 3rd full or partial loss of service in that time. Not impressed.

    @celiamaiello @cogeco I’m a newer customer as well and this has been beyond frustrating, especially not being able to connect with support over the phone!

    @nfitz1 It’s showing a “This channel will be available shortly” message with a specific error code, so it doesn’t seem like a physical cable issue to me. Likely something on Cogeco’s end

    @cogecohelps Terrible internet service! Horrible customer service!! No way to get anyone on the phone! Would love to discuss. Soooooo close to pulling the plug on my 20 year relationship with Cogeco! I need reliable service and I'm not close to getting it!

    @cogeco been waiting since 10:00am to live chat. Our service needs to be moved, nbd although we cannot get through by phone or live assistance. Twice kicked out at around 20th in the queue! What is going on?
