    @cogeco Internet down again in Burlington Why does this keep happening? Ready to switch provider because this is soooo ridiculous on how many times it goes down. Can’t get work done and kids are fed up too.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thanks, but started today at 2:40 pm. Its now 7:40 & its STILL happening. Thats FIVE HOURS. Same last Friday. Tired of paying $$$ for bad service & you blaming "planned maintenance" but ur website states no maint'ce happening. Been customer here for 25 years and losing patience.

    @cogeco that’s two days in a row that the service is out at 230pm. Is this an overloading issue? The quality of connection has been an issue for too long now. Switching to fibre optic might be necessary if your fibre coaxial system can’t handle the load. Or is it server based?

    @cogecohelps @cogeco you have an amazing employee named Heidi that works for customer support. I deal with her today. Do whatever you can to keep her she’s is definitely an asset. After a customer who was about to cancel your services after.... 1/2

    @cogeco why are you downthrottling my service to 150Mbps? Will my internet bill reflect this reduction in service?
