@cogeco My internet has been down or on and off and now poor for days. I try to call and can't get through to support or almost any other department. I know of no other way to reach anyone to get this rectified. Help.

@nfitz1 It’s showing a “This channel will be available shortly” message with a specific error code, so it doesn’t seem like a physical cable issue to me. Likely something on Cogeco’s end

@celiamaiello @cogeco I’m a newer customer as well and this has been beyond frustrating, especially not being able to connect with support over the phone!
