There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.

And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

John Bugailiskis (@John_Bug) reported@cogeco Pretty disappointed in Cogeco's tech support. Lost internet, tv and phone early this morning and told they can't get anyone over until Sat. That's over 48 hrs without being able to call 911 in the event of an emergency.
