    @cogeco @cogecohelps I can't believe the rude service that I've received. I call to explain my situation, and instead, your adviser continually tries to cut me off before I can finish, and then decides to disconnect the call on me! What the hell kind of customer service is this!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell_Support My issue was not directed at having no service. I’m going forward with cancelling my account. The lack of response is ridiculous.

    Cogeco I’ve followed the guide to reset my wifi the password you provided is incorrect. This is the 2 time this week I am without internet service. You continue to increase your fees and your service is getting worse. I am not impressed. I hung up after waiting 30 mins for help
