    @cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip

    @cogeco @cogecohelps your customer service sucks! 4 calls to get a box added to account. Just tried to return old equipment that was in a box. No clue where they came from, wouldn’t take it back unless a phone number or address given. It is now in the trash.

    @cogeco It’s brutal- the Epico issues. It’s still freezing constantly and sound disapears repeatedly. We’ve had epico almost two weeks and it’s been nothing but problems. Looking for alternatives. Have been a Cogeco customer for 20+ years. Epico is the breaking point.

    Cogeco just confirmed service is down in the area. Ontario Hydro is working on it. Hopefully sooner than later.

    @primus4home the service is back, 24 hours after we paid (speed of light = 300k km/s; it's only 40 km to her apt from your ofcs). I feel Cogeco gaining on you.
