    @cogeco I had them once only it was just tv then it was always down and no one ever answers the phone so I put up with it till I would not put up with it any more😡

    @nfitz1 It’s showing a “This channel will be available shortly” message with a specific error code, so it doesn’t seem like a physical cable issue to me. Likely something on Cogeco’s end

    @nfitz1 It’s just a couple channels now, and they were working just fine up until yesterday evening. Then everything went haywire. I’ve had Cogeco for less than 3 weeks, and this is already the 3rd full or partial loss of service in that time. Not impressed.

    @cogecohelps Can we have one day where the wifi works properly this week???? It's been intermittent all day and is now completely shut down. Unbelievable. #cogeco
