@cogecohelps @cogeco Unfortunately we have been on a few calls with your tech and they do not have any suggestions. We are going to get a separate router and see if bridging will help. We run a small business from home and zoom calls are a daily occurrence.

@cogeco You should all be embarrassed of yourselves. It is the worst product I have ever used. Will not connect in my home. Plume sucks and none of your employees have a clue as to how to setup a network. Furthermore I got rid of an extender on techs advice. Now a charge to go back

Anybody switch to the new high speed internet package with @Cogeco? We did last weekend and got a new modem/router combo from them and are having problems with Zoom calls and the like. If anyone can offer some assistance it would be appreciated.
