I'd stay with them if the upload speed wasn't the same as I was getting in 2001....... I can't remote into my home pc or pull files from my own NAS because it's brutal slow and useless.

Dan D'Alessandro (@ddalessandro) reported@cogeco #cogeco one hour on hold to Cogeco. My Mother in law reached them mid Feb and they never followed up or call back. So im trying to help her. This isn’t customer service. Should have sold yourself if this is what you would become. Just terrible!

Mikey (@MikeyBGolfs) reported@SarahTreadaway @cogecohelps Seems to be a wide outage. Cogeco pretty much never acknowledges them either, on X or their website. Down for many in Petawawa after asking a few people in town.
