    @cogeco For anyone considering switching over to Coegco for tv/internet services, don’t. I’ve been a customer for a month now and have experienced nothing but terrible customer service and technical issues.

    @cogecohelps Is there any connection between Cogeco and Rogers? It's telling, to me, that service from both Rogers and Cogeco were interrupted at the same time, which suggests to me it wasn't a Ontario Hydro problem.

    @cogecohelps Crave is still down. Purchased my subscription through Cogeco and it hasn't worked for several days. I understand this is a known issue. On Demand isn't a real solution. Is there an update? @CraveHelp

    I hate to talk negative about Cogeco services @cogecohelps. But internet is supposed to be up to 1GB but I am only getting around 100GB download and 6GB upload today when doing a speed test on a wired connection. What's the solution?
