    I should have known that when Cogeco was the only service provider available to connect my internet quickly it was because no one else wanted then and they were less busy! How can I be dealing with buffering in 2022???

    @cogeco It's now 8:30am the next day and the problem still exists. How does it take so long to fix this? it happens twice a year and I don't remember this happening before. So when is this going to get fixed?

    @cogeco you never changed the time on the cable box yet still waiting for it to show the right time. Never had it not change on time

    @cogecohelps This should have been done by Cogeco automatically, without customers having to request individually .!! Daylight savings switch is nothing new .. Why wasn’t this done like other service providers ..???

    @cogecohelps You think you can get the guide time updated??? It’s been 12 hours since the actual time change. Why is this an issue with cogeco every year ???
