    @Mootz613 @cogeco Is it too much to ask that Kingston customers be given an expected date/time of service restoration? Or at least some sort of answer or acknowledgement? This really is a text book case of how not to handle outages.

    @cogeco Been without internet and tv since 8 AM on the 24th. It’s now 1AM on the 25th. The outage report is now just gone (which I’m not sure is better than just adding an hour every time like it was). Are there any updates?

    @Badwolf_books @cogeco I couldn’t agree more, the website just adds an hour to whatever time you’re checking on the service. Give us sensible answers instead of nonsense

    @cogeco Why not tell customers that service will be down until December 26, then if you get it working sooner you’ll look like Rock stars? Having an automated time calculating 60 mins from time of inquiry is frustrating.

    @cogeco What is the time frame for the Kingston K7M 9C9 area? We never lost power even though your outage page states that's the reason why. Can you elaborate?

    @cogeco What about the Hamilton, L8L area? Your website generates a new estimate for a fix every hour, lost service on the 23rd.. 🙃
