    @cogeco hire tech support that understands MB is to Terabyte honest to god wtf did you hire? She said she was new I told her my speed speed is 1 terabyte but I’m only getting 15 mb. Didn’t understand.

    @cogeco hi I dropped off my equipment last week to Canada Post office to be returned but only tracking info shows logged in at post office and “unexpected delay” under delivery date. I’ve initiated a service ticket but not heard anything. Can you help?

    @cogecohelps I have just had pods added to my wifi but cannot finish set up as the Cogeco WiFi app won't let me sign in... any suggestions? Engineer has left.
