@cogecohelps @cogeco I was able to get through to a lovely gal named Chantal on the phone who was able to help me, even though it was me speaking with her the whole time & not my mother. Funny how she could help me & so could Steven & Amy back in March but Cole couldn't today.

@cogecohelps @JamieCasselman I’m also in this area and a number of cogeco customers on my street (including me) have been dealing with spotty service all day and an outage for the past hour and a bit.

@cogecohelps there seems to be a problem with the finale episodes that have been playing on tv and that are saved in Cogeco on demand for the married at first sight S13 E17 and E18. Rather than being the decision day episode and reunion part 1 it’s the 1st and 2nd episodes?

@jdeq Canceling @cogeco was one of the most satisfying experiences of my retirement! Fortunately, we have a local Fibre to the home alternative where customers are treated with respect, calls are returned, support is helpful.
