Ciel21 ♠️♦️♣️💜🇨🇦🍁 (@Ciel2114) reported@MamaStyles77 @cogeco Cogeco mobile has only been offered to existing Internet customers. Mom has their Internet but does not want cell plan. Besides if Cogeco service is offline, so is our home phone. Another reason to have cell plan with different provider.

Jeff LeBlanc (@JeffLeBlanc777) reportedGot my @cogeco Internet bill and it went from $86.97/mth to $150.76/mth. Maybe send me a new offer BEFORE jacking the rate?

Leanne Vanoostveen (@LeanneVanoostv1) reported@cogecohelps We have had very bad and sometimes no internet for the last month or more. Multiple calls to cogeco. We were told to change out the modem. We did that. Followed all cogeco instructions. Others on our street have had the same problems.

Sampson.d.ramm (@SampsonRamm) reported@cogeco You posted a pic of a dump truck and downed wires, is that implying that is the cause of the mass outage? If so, where is the redundancy in the system that would prevent this one area from bringing down service across eastern Ontario?

Lexi (@Lexi58746074319) reported@wallygator23 @cogecohelps @cogeco I understand problems happen that are out of their control, but it’s the lack of communication (down website, no costumer service) that gets to me because theyve had time to correct it since the last big outage!

Allan Gao (@Allan_Gao12) reported@cogeco I cancelled my internet service after my contract had expired, but you deliberately violated CRTC rules and charged me a $75 early cancellation fee. I emailed you about this issue, but you have ignored us. Do you regularly treat your customers this way and deliberately overcharge
