@netwonk @startca Cogeco had significant issues yesterday, alt DNS was a partial fix. I've heard rumblings that there may be some persisting issues today as well. I'm Start / Cogeco but using alt DNS. Network fairly stable so far today.

  • JustBob1965 Bob McArthur (@JustBob1965) reported

@Tedbits @cogeco The interim fix was to just change your DNS address on your router say google or another 8.8.8.8

  • Trishy_R Trish (@Trishy_R) reported

@cogecohelps @Fear8Itself @cogeco It's all good. Just curious what caused it? Just odd that google, YouTube etc were down too.

@cogecohelps Yes. I had to login and reset my SSID and password. I also had to work through and restore/reset my mini TiVo boxes. What an absolute pain. I imagine Cogeco will be compensating its customers in some shape or form

  • UmbreonMessiah Andrew (@UmbreonMessiah) reported

@cogeco Would this be why your customer support line keeps giving a busy signal and why you won't respond to my Tweets?

  • opmuts Stumps (@opmuts) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco I pay a lot for your internet. It always seems to go down. Ill be giving my money to another company. When i am in college in zoom calls and cant join it is annoying because i am losing out on my education that i also pay for. So goodbye

@Molla202 If you're unhappy with Cogeco service, moving to Bell will not make you feel any better. In my experience, Bell service is even worse.
