@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan Bell and Cogeco don't over charge new customers, they charge less than most US providers. They simply do. The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal

@cogecohelps Guests asking for their own cart in a full service hotel is definitely at the top of the list. When you're on vacation you're supposed to avoid physical labour - but these people don't get it, and they have a hissy fit. #Cogeco

@cogeco it’s really hard to stay a customer when your services are going down every month. Yet again, your website says a fibre line was cut in my neighbourhood and the ETA for repair is over eight hours away. This is ridiculous. It happens too often for it to be an accident.

@cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

I’m on hold trying to get an @cogeco technical issue resolved. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

@status_is_down Update: Cogeco texted me about a power outage and they are going to keep us updated.

@peggy_blair Freedom calls with offers, even when it lowers my bill & better plan. When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.
