Hey @cogeco. Thanks for charging me $350 because I didn't return your broken tv converter. I guess you didn't get the memo but we are in a lockdown due to a thing called COVID 19 and everyone is trying to stay home unless it is important. Tone deaf losers!

@cogeco I tried to get EPICO. The person on the phone actually talked us out of it saying it was far too expensive and not only would it cost more to get it I’d get slower internet. Firstly re-train on sales. And it’s never good to not get people on new stuff

@cogecohelps It’s more than an inconvenience now, a blip in service is an inconvenience, over 4 hours of outage in the middle of the day needs another description - shocking service provision by @cogeco comes to mind. But after all we are just customers, why would we matter

My internet makes me want to throw myself off of a bridge. Sounds dramatic I know but I'm back to basement reception which ain't terrible but I miss my friends and family and it sucks that I can't go to their online hangouts bc @cogeco is the worst internet I've ever experienced
