    @cogeco What we are finding is that although the computers/phones we have connected don’t work, our Amazon device still works. My son is watching YouTube on it. Not connected to our cell data signal.

    @AlexandraMazur1 just want to let your readers know. The cogeco internet outage is related to their DNS servers. If they change their dns settings to google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 they will be back online

    @cogeco I get things happen. But ses every 30 days Georgetown goes down. Before it was Bell Canada's fault... Now what...? Added to fact a week I upgraded to Ultra super fast... And since day 1 best performance too date has been 100 mbps. Earliest a tech can come is Friday.

    @Andrade14Mike @KeeganB63977789 @cogeco Good for you. I'll am salty because I work from home and this is a constant issue. Imagine being on a conference call with a major client during a presentation you are giving and internet drops out? Not fun at all.

    @cogecohelps Imagine paying for internet and having to fix the DNS yourself. Big middle finger from cogeco to its customers

    @cogecohelps @libraryzombie I've traced it as a DNS issue on Cogeco's end... if you change the adapter settings in Windows 10 for DNS to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.8.4, it'll work
