    @cogeco Switched to a business account. Letโ€™s see if thisn works out so far much better customer service and being a staellite office they took it way more serious. Their residential department suuuuucks

    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. Iโ€™m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    @cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them Iโ€™ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! ๐Ÿ™„

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Is Epico down ? None of the channels are connecting. Internet and home phone is functioning. Have reset the modem a few times already ?

    @cogeco is saying thereโ€™s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.
