@cogecohelps @cogeco in an age where outages are reported to you within seconds, you at least need to provide reasoning as to why services paid for are not working Put down the hash pinner and sort the **** out

@cogecohelps You know when the tree knocked down the power line we didn't have to phone Ottawa River Power to arrange an appointment for a technician! They came out automatically to fix it! Why isn't Cogeco doing the same?!

Second @Cogeco Internet outage of the day, and it’s not even 9am yet. I’ve reset my modem multiple times. With 2 people working from home, this is more than just an inconvenience.

@cogecohelps Then you should update your website, it is still listed in your supported streaming channels. So this is now something else that is steering me away from Cogeco. I am tired of the pixelating and freezing with no solution.
