    @cogeco Do better! Internet keeps dropping for prolonged periods of time. Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, it’s impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.

    @shoegirl68 @Bell Ya I’d switched to cogeco for awhile, and then bell sucked me back with a deal too good to turn down.

    @RKTCATS @cogecohelps Very poor customer service on this, Cogeco. Has been out for a very long time with zero updates.

    @cogeco I cancelled my internet service after my contract had expired, but you deliberately violated CRTC rules and charged me a $75 early cancellation fee. I emailed you about this issue, but you have ignored us. Do you regularly treat your customers this way and deliberately overcharge

    @cogecohelps We have had very bad and sometimes no internet for the last month or more. Multiple calls to cogeco. We were told to change out the modem. We did that. Followed all cogeco instructions. Others on our street have had the same problems.

    @Reil76 @Bell I'm having issues, too for days! And, today, my cell won't charge. With is going on? PS...Cogeco is wayyyyy better than Bell.

    @blogTO Rogers just hiked my phone. Cogeco just hiked my tv. What ******* ever. Tell me something new. It's called a **** the consumer monopoly.
