    @cogecohelps I have just had pods added to my wifi but cannot finish set up as the Cogeco WiFi app won't let me sign in... any suggestions? Engineer has left.

    @cogecohelps It is utterly stupid. Your internet is down so you can't look it up. You give your pin an address with postal code. It is the most ridiculous policy I have ever experienced. By the way, I have called you five times and still have the same problem. I am at my limit with Cogeco.
