They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.

Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.
