HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

Griff0n (@_griff0n) reportedI helped my parents switch internet away from @cogeco because of the slow upload speed. Fifty megabits per second upload is slow. Seven months after switching to a competitor, a contracted technician with no signage on his van was rude and cut my father's two coaxial cables outside instead of unscrewing theirs and left almost a meter of coaxial on the line at the road. A month later, two Cogeco sales men showed up at supper time were audibly annoyed while asking why we switched to a competitor and offered "the highest speed" and did not want to say if the upload speed is close to a thousand megabits per second.

Crypto_10 (@Crypto_10_10) reported@cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco — you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my “promotion ended.” Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.
