    @cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip

    @cogeco @cogecohelps your customer service sucks! 4 calls to get a box added to account. Just tried to return old equipment that was in a box. No clue where they came from, wouldn’t take it back unless a phone number or address given. It is now in the trash.

    @midcenturyape @RogersHelps @cogeco She can't get Cogeco if she lives in Rogers services territory (and vice versa). The service areas do not overlap

    @cogeco My internet service is getting offline frequently. Tried to get support from customer service. They are sending technician after at least 3 days. Please help.

    @RogersHelps I’m not your customer. My mom is. She’s blind. She’s not on social media. I have @cogeco account. Pretty soon, she will too. I know my @cogeco rep on a first name basis. Not like your lousy contractors.
