    @cogecohelps Thanks, Graham. How do you determine whether an outage was caused by Cogeco or Rogers? What I do know is that we are a Cogeco customer and we lost power for more than 12 hours.

    @cogecohelps Is there any connection between Cogeco and Rogers? It's telling, to me, that service from both Rogers and Cogeco were interrupted at the same time, which suggests to me it wasn't a Ontario Hydro problem.

    @cogecohelps #Cogeco Internet is down again at Hunter and Ferguson in Hamilton. This is like the 4th time this month it seems.
