And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.
