Hey @cogecohelps @cogeco. New customer here. Why was I promised/paying for 1 Gig internet speed when I'm barely getting 5 mbps? I've reset modem and tv box at least 5 times in 2 days. Bell Fibe didn't even break a sweat to get 50+ mbps. #unacceptable

@cogecohelps @cogeco We literally just signed up a month ago, and we are supposed to be getting the best ‘value’. How do rates magically increase after 30 days? Especially when being told there was just a rate increase and they didn’t anticipate any. Very shady. Will be calling customer service.

@cogecohelps I tried to become a new customer today. I was told service was not avaiable in my area. My neighbours on both sides of me are cogeco customers. Please explain? Your customer service is garbage

That was interesting. My @cogeco internet just went down for several minutes on its own but looks to be back online again. I hope this doesn’t become a habit. They already replaced one modem that died this year. #Cogeco
