@cogeco I have an old email thru your service that I'd love to try to access again (seeing as it's tied to my Google acc.). I honestly don't know how old I was when the account was created; let alone the password for it. If you could DM me that'd be fantastic!

@cogeco @cogecohelps I can't believe the rude service that I've received. I call to explain my situation, and instead, your adviser continually tries to cut me off before I can finish, and then decides to disconnect the call on me! What the hell kind of customer service is this!

@cogeco Still not working, 6 hours after this was posted. I am in southern Ontario, Burlington. When will this be fixed?

@WhigStandard Wondee why they do not say exactly what is happening. Twice this week. Would it have to do with hacking? Perhaps related to the American buyout of Cogeco which Cogeco have turned down twice now? Usually outages are explained. Very puzzling.

@kenbuisman @cogeco The one time you don't really want your service going down for long periods; when everyone is working from home or studying. Fastest way to get people to move to another provider. This is the second time this week.... terrible.

@dwilliams32 @cogeco You’ll get nothing unless you have business service and a hardened SLA. Been there - wrote the book on how ISPs can wriggle out of compensation. I went through 3 years of this with another ISP. Register your complaints to @CCTS_CPRST.

@cogeco If it is broader, why is Cogeco the only provider that was completely off?? Why won’t you say what the issue was caused by?? IMHO, your lack of transparency is eroding trust in your brand.
