And guess what? They’re on the way to fix it. This ain’t Harry Potter a wand can’t fix it in seconds. Fk you’re trash

    NEVER go with Cogeco. EVER. For the few dollars a month you save it is nothing but constant outages. I never should have switched to them.

    @cogecohelps Absolutely no help in dm either. Phone disconnected after an hour of waiting for customer service. My 84 year old mother is now crying and beyond frustrated to see if her service has been canceled. Ask for a phone call cogeco wont do it. She was with cogeco 39yrs
