    Ontario people thinking of switching to Cogeco mobile DO NOT MAKE THE MOVE. My 76yr old mom was swindled. Horrible customer service. Tried to move back to her other provider now COGECO mobile won’t port her number. Over 20 hours lost on phone. @cogecohelps

    @ryangerritsen It took me 4 hours on the phone and 3 weeks later I finally got Cogeco to stop my service. There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.

    Big thanks to @cogeco for having my wifi down all day and tell it’s costumers it’s gonna be up by a certain time then delay it every hour and so on, I’m going back the @Bell I guess you get what you pay for!

    @merry123459 Sadly, Cogeco and Bell also play their games. None are a millimetre better. Until the government wakes up and breaks them down nothing changes.

    @cogecohelps Wish I could tell you Sandra but as Cogeco has not still got the issue of Motorola compatibility sorted... I'm on the outside looking in!
