@cogecohelps @cogeco did an amazing job getting out here so quick. They went over absolutely everything and finally found the problem. It’s now working better then ever. Thanks to JODI at customer service and my tech who will remain anonymous, AMAZING WORK!

@Niagara_411 @cogeco @cogecohelps Switched from @cogeco a long time ago. Hands down the worst company to deal with ever. They do nothing to help and their customer service is awful. Do yourself a favor and ditch them fast.

Cogeco swaps modems to make you feel like they're doing something. (to buy time) just saying Cogeco refuses to admit congestion
Canadians get shockingly bad service from telecommunications companies. My landline with @cogeco has not worked since Aug. 7. They tell me the tech problem is with @TELUS who assigned my number to someone else. Cogeco waiting for Telus to fix problem. Telus doing nothing. 1/2
@Niagara_411 @cogeco @cogecohelps Even @Bell is better than @cogeco!!! @cogeco is ALWAYS have technical issues and outages. They always say it the customers end because they can't admit they are CRAP!!!

@Niagara_411 @cogeco @cogecohelps We were having the same problem. We were supposed to be at 125 then it would randomly drop to 6 or below, so frustrating. We switched to Fibe, so much better. Speed didn’t dropped drastically. Also for the tv the picture was a lot better.
@Niagara_411 @cogeco @cogecohelps We actually made them check the wiring after the new modem was installed and it turned out that we had to get it replaced because we are water damage. Neighbours had the same issue but theirs was damaged some how. Tell them to check the wire from the house to the pole.
@Niagara_411 @cogeco @cogecohelps Had the same issue with @Cogeco until one of their techs (Corey) showed up and tested the line into my house and ordered a new one line be run in from theroad, no issue since.
