@JessPetrella82 @cogeco Maybe you should speak to the Manager of the internet! I bet you stating useless information while technicians are working hard will forsure help solve this issue! Keep up the good work Mrs.Twitter Fingers!

  • sssjolsen Mooma (@sssjolsen) reported

@cogeco Hard to work from home when internet is down. My bill goes up but the service slides down... Rogers, hurry up and seal the deal!!

  • RachelVeres Rachel Veres is hydrating🍁 (@RachelVeres) reported

@mitchel_susan We have Cogeco lines but through Teksavvy. No issues, but our ever diligent on line teacher lost her connection and was trying to teach through her phone. We are so lucky to have her. She always goes the extra mile for the kids.

@Carminevittori5 @cogeco My COGECO internet has been crappy for the past 6 months. We’ve been with them for 10 years and it’s gotten unbearable. EVERY DAY we have a service disconnection and we are in a fairly large city. The tech has done nothing either!

  • Doubills Doubills (@Doubills) reported

Had a brief internet outage today. (Thanks for the restore @cogeco ) I was reading some comments and wow, people are right douchebags when they don't have internet.... and when they do... umm... anyway, I seem to be back.

  • ComputerWhiz_ ComputerWhiz 🇨🇦 (@ComputerWhiz_) reported

@Laxpro1dot10 @4razberries @cogeco Their website could just be down because everyone had issues at once and all tried to connect to it for support.

  • Costa_Klad Costa K (@Costa_Klad) reported

@cogeco @OakvilleMayor Can you please publish instructions for users to change their DNS to googles DNS which would solve the problem for them until you fix your DNS servers

  • bdepaepe63 Bryan de Paepe (@bdepaepe63) reported

@validsporttakes @KeeganB63977789 @cogeco I don't know of anything that doesn't break down once in a while. Computers don't usually give any warning when they break down.

  • r_quinla Dr Roberto Quinlan (@r_quinla) reported

@LizLoveLake It's a weird day. We have no problems at home because we have Teksavvy, and yet it runs on Cogeco infrastructure. Some other tweets have mentioned this but state tech stuff that is beyond me. You gonna have to burn through your cell phone's monthly data by hotspotting it?
