    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    .@cogeco on hold. But good news I can press 1 to set up a call back and they commit to calling back within 24-48 HOURS. Are you ******* kidding me?? That is not how callbacks work you morons. Your epico service is garbage and your customer service is WORSE than garbage!!

    @cogeco lots of Cogeco problems again today in Colborne - ?? - becoming frustrating - wifi cable TV almost a coin flip as to whether or not it will work lately - any resolution in sight? Thx

    @cogeco What wrong with ur service its always disconnecting i cant even load a msg on X before i loose connection! tried to reach you via the internet but i loose my connection so What do i do exept calling and cancelling i pay for 1000 mb i get not even 150 mb and up load .4 mb!

    @cogecohelps Cogeco increased my bill by 6 bucks and didn't even bother to notify me good customer service Cogeco I'll be downgrading because of it... thanks for the increase with no notice.... appreciate that
