    @cogeco In Windsor, all of our cogeco just went out. Is this part of that issue?

    It's glutinous to think @cogeco wants 12 extra bucks a month when they're constantly failing to provide me with what's paid for. Tv is often little more than static and the internet is often a mess that arbitrarily disconnects for 20 min a day. Fix it by September or I walk.

    @cogeco I have an issue with my epico customer service. It's was installed last Tuesday. We are enjoying it but I can't get it on my husband's iPad. Tech was supposed to get someone to call me back because they didn't have the answers. 4 days and I still haven't heard.

    @cogeco tried twice online to get our On Demand channels fixed with no help from technicians....then lost channels we used to get....why are we paying more when we don't even get some of the On Demand channels we are paying you for....and to be on hold for hours is ridiculous

    Due to the incompetence from @breezeline @cogeco (parent company) I haven’t been able to do anything online for quite sometime now. Help to resolve issues doesn’t seem to be the slightest of thoughts to these new companies. Read reviews first, check out downdetector before 1/2

    Please explain what can be done to improve Internet signal in Niagara Falls @cogeco and @cogecohelps . We've been experiencing interruptions dozens of times for several hours or days over the last many months even after recently replacing the router.
