@cogeco your product is just awful I'd call to complain but #MNSI is actually working down our street. Your days are numbered. Tired of this **** product. #timeforachange

@cogeco I have 1g/s in Smithville and my pc is hard wired and when I check my wifi speed I’m only getting 500-700 mbs and my ping is fidgety as hell. What gives? Why is the package 1g but not my wifi? Is the signal in this area lower? Are there issues in the area currently?

@cogeco Is this the reason internet is down in Peterborough?

@cogeco Again, Cogeco customer service definitely needs some improvement to customer care. You gave me a $2.00 discount off of my monthly bill for interrupted services that has happened 3 times in the past month. Bell or Rogers customers would get one month free for the inconvenience.

FYI VLC/Webplayer people. We are back on the normal feeds since last night. Sometime on Friday Cogeco fixed the local packet loss issues. I HOPE.

  • SierraChambs Sierra Chambs (@SierraChambs) reported

Here’s my almost daily @cogeco complaint about my internet being out again... any ideas when it’s coming back on today? Still waiting to hear if my bill will reflect the service I didn’t receive.

Any other decent internet providers in Niagara, ON? I'm constantly having significantly less up/down than what I pay for with @cogecohelps, @cogeco - Hell, this tweet is barely loading. Ridiculous.

@dmrider As good a time as any to point out that Toronto Hydro owned a fibre network that was sold to Cogeco back in the late 2000s.
