    Frederic Perron, @cogeco CEO tells @scotiabank conference they are looking to stabilize US customer trends, focus on cash generation. With Canada, creating better cash flow. Even with sizeable dividend (5.4%), he says company has $400M cash, sizable for a $3B company

    @driver_error Guess they changed to high fibre and our equipment is wrong!!!! WTF why weren’t we notified. So no @cogeco till next week. Wife only talked to 5 different people and they all just pass the buck

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @ManyBeenRinsed I cancelled with Cogeco when they increased our bill without any notification last month. Internet performance was awful a lot of the times leading up to the increase

    @cogeco is saying there’s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    Cogeco is hands down the worst telecom monopoly in Canada. They pay employees poorly and charge exorbitant rates that rise every few months. **** the Competition Bureau, the Ontario labour minister, and **** this company.
