-
Social worker (@liberatingfem) reportedHi, our cable is working but not our wifi. That would mean it’s no longer a hydro issue but a Cogeco issue?
-
AHangryBeaver🇨🇦 (@AHangryBeaver) reported@NatarshaAU @Class I'm about 2.5 Hours east of you (So similar pricing) if you're will Bell or Cogeco. I have 500 up/down and it's more than good enough for a 6k bit rate with multiple people using internet. 1K would be more than enough and that should run you ~ $120 ish a month?
-
Stevo (@puulima) reported@elkenergyinc Apparently they came back. Closed the breaker at the pole, and left. Still no phone call/knock at the door. Talked to the Cogeco guy sitting across the street. They also had no power/low voltage overnight. So assuming this issue affected all the houses on the transformer?

Ryan (@LDHRYAN) reportedBeen signed up with cogeco for 2.5 weeks, and in 2 weeks I will be moving on from them. @cogeco I truly wish the worst for this poverty company. Good luck.

Jon (@Jonsnow2929) reported@cogecohelps And the cogeco website still says there's no reported outages. This is the problem with Canada's telecom oligopoly. You have no reason to improve things because there's 0 competition. The customer gets terrible overpriced service, while rogers, cogeco, bell get more money.
