@cogeco Once again another Cogeco Epico failure!! 17 hrs last week no internet/tv, at least 3 hours yesterday morning no tv and now again at least 3hrs (so far and counting) no tv. Was on chat, and I have been offered the pleasure of paying $75 to cancel my garbage service!!!

@AnjaKaradeglija The CRTC has never been there protect Canadians. Ever since CRTC was established it has been actively helping Bell Canada, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, Cogeco, etc. to gouge Canadian consumers. In Canada there is no effective consumer protection for Canadians.

@cogeco don’t know how it is possible but you’ve done it. Our cogeco service is actually worse after a tech visit! Well done!! So fed up with this
