@cogecohelps Thanks for your reply, Steven. A different #Cogeco Supervisor eventually took our call and he assured us that he and another supervisor will work with technicians on resolving the issues so they don’t happen a third time. We appreciate that a lot.

@featherbear15 Actually, this company has its **** together, they don't give you a router modem combo, they give you a wireless router, and a separate modem. Problem is, they use Cogeco's lines, so any issues that deal with cables they have to go through the lizards. Nothing's in bridge mode.,

@cogeco Did not receive a call or a message about the truck breaking down. Had to call to find out lol. Waiting here like an idiot. Absolutely sickening. You guys have to get your **** together. Very unprofessional. Expect a bill coming your way. I’m pissed right off

@cogeco @cogecohelps It's a shame as an loyalty customer of Cogeco for many years. The price going higher and higher. But the service is worse and worse. I was cheated to keep contract even included the service I couldn't use. And now I have to pay 50% more than new users.

@9to5mac @michaelpotuck Now bring something similar in Canada! My provider (Cogeco) is dogpoo and it's the only high-speed option in my area! (my area is more rural than urban). It's so bad I have to reset the modem once or twice a day! And I have a third-party router too. I need @cogeco to fix this!!!

@cogeco We waited 3 days already and now we have to wait again until Thursday all because YOUR truck broke down ?!?! SEND A DIFFERENT ONE !!!!. I will NOT be paying this months bill. You will also be paying my phone bill with all this data I’ve been having to use. Pathetic

@cogeco Really glad you shut down your Milton location. Now every time my garbage router needs to be replaced. I have to drive to Burlington to swap it out. This is why we pay outrageous prices I guess

@cogeco worst remote. It does not work. I’m tired of calling tech support. I can wort for your company by now. I’ve gotten an education whilst on the support line many times.
