@TekSavvyCSR I’ve been having intermittent service since a branch came down on a line to my house at the beginning of January. I am a tek savvy customer, but tried contacting Cogeco because it is their line, but they haven’t looked into it at all to my knowledge.

I am so sick and tired of our current ISP! They keep on dropping our internet and we pay a lot of money for this not so good service. I am looking to find a RELIABLE ISP! I could not even talk to my daughter start of New Year since our ISP dropped my connection! Thanks Cogeco!

Good evening @cogeco the Plex app on EPICO continues to be a problem. The first play after restarting the box works fine, but any inactivity causes subsequent plays to fail. The only fix is restart the box. All other Plex clients are fine.

@cogecohelps Hi Sandra. Acct telephone is 2893393179 53 Woodbridge Rd, Hamilton. I spoke with CS this morning because Bell has run fibre on my street and offered me 1GB internet for $74.95. Cogeco would not match. I’d prefer to stay with Cogeco. I’ve never had a service issue. But….
