@pluc @Bell @cogeco im also at the point where I am considering commercial internet with demarc at my house. the stuff they force you to use compromises you and service quality is horrible. issue with commercial is you need long term contracts. I will let you know if I go down that route.

@cogecohelps just wondering if there’s an update for Cogeco Business customers in Oakville? Was on the phone with Support between 3:30 4:45 this AM and was told there’s a problem in the area. I don’t mind calling Support again; internet’s been down for about 12 hours.

As usual @cogeco is having an hours long outage affecting all services. As usual call us back when our crap service resumes to be inconvenienced again to get a credit. How can your service possibly be this bad.

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps @cogeco I guess that explains why their Service is so lacking. If there’s no other provider, who cares if the service is any good? There’s other options besides cable. She doesn’t need internet.

@cogeco @cogecohelps My partner Stephanie has been on hold for about an hour to cancel her Cogeco cable TV. She had no problem getting a live person to upgrade her Cogeco internet, but that person told Steph she needed to speak to a different person to cancel cable. Very odd.

@RogerD416 No actual #MVNO will emerge under these newly detailed old decisions. Doesn't help large regionals as they already have network sharing or roaming deals (Videotron, Freedom, Eastlink). Does not help potential new entrants e.g. Cogeco or Xplorenet either. Nothing-burger. New wrap.

@cogeco How about waving my charges for the terrible internet service my street has been having for the past 2 weeks. Westend Kgtn 20 year subscriber.... Bell trucks are fixing the internet by taking your customers.
