@cogeco @cogecohelps I was having trouble reaching you guys but instead of getting this number from your online chat I was just ignored. Just like my street that has no internet is being ignored due to an outage from a cut line but you guys refuse to fix it sooner then a week from when it happened 🖕

@cogeco I can't believe you have scheduled a 6 hour shutdown for maintenance. In the 25 plus years of being a customer, I have never experienced a 6 hour maintenance outage.

@jasonrosewell @cogeco Xfinity usually overshoots their prediction with us. Our electric provider ComEd is usually pretty good but they have an interactive map so you can see if its a bigger problem or not. Some companies are great, some suck. Have you tried calling them? Maybe the suedo forgot?

@AMC_TV @cogeco any particular reason i put Pinocchio's christmas on for my little cousin cause thats what the guide says is on amc just for me to change the channel and scare the living **** out of him cause theres a horror movie on instead
