@cogeco Maybe try investing your profits in upgrading infrastructure instead of bloated CEO salaries and high manager ratios. Maybe stop contracting out all your maintenance to lowest bidder. Maybe that would stop all the "issues" you have.

@cogeco Looks like the outage is a DNS server problem. Easy band-aid is to hop on Google's DNS while this gets resolved.

@cogecohelps I think what is happening is that there was only limited internet coming into everyone's house right now. We've got five laptops running here and some people have internet and some don't. The secondary problem is that you can't get in touch with Cogeco via phone...

@cogeco As a temporary fix, hardcode 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 as your DNS servers until Cogeco fixes the issue on their end.
