    @JamesConnor1999 @cogeco Are you aware the reports of hurricane force winds? With trees and poles broken and uprooted? No tornadoes but hundreds of downbursts, which causes the same type of damage.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Totally! Another great feature would be to not text us everyday when your service is down while simultaneously sending invoices for that service.

    @Earthma27960017 @cogeco same here no problem getting power back but having a tough time getting cogeco back online. Other ppl I know as soon as there power was restored so was there cogeco no problems

    Why is it that every time I check with @cogeco about my internet outage, the website tells me that they expect the problem will be resolved in *exactly* 60 minutes. 3x this morning. Now that I know this I won't need to check. It'll be fixed in 60 minutes, regardless when I ask.

    Is Cogeco down in Peterborough? I hear some have it back but we don’t in our area in west end. @cogecohelps @cogeco
