I finally had five minutes to sit down and check @Reddit for something and of course that’s exactly when their site is down for some reason. If it’s not an unreliable service provider like @Cogeco causing headaches, it’s something else. Can’t catch a break. #Reddit

@cogecohelps I called Cogeco support today for a billing enquiry as I hadn't received my bill via email at the beginning of the month as I normally do (I know when to pay it as the date remains the same). Why does Cogeco charge a fee to send an email notification with the bill?

@virginmedia Now I have to resort to calling you out on Twitter cause when I call support it goes nowhere. They want me to run the same test over and over. Beat a dead horse and the horse is still dead. Next step is @cogeco I guess.
