If anyone is having issues with Cogeco wifi try changing your DNS in your wifi settings to 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1 cause it fixed my family’s problems with it

  • ImToreos chris toreos (@ImToreos) reported

Internet is back for now. If this issue is not "ACTUALLY FIXED" as per what Cogeco has said, i'll 100% be leaving this company in the dirt.

  • Krucifix_ Krucifix (@Krucifix_) reported

@AdaClif @cogeco No **** Sherlock it says outside of our network, cogeco’s internet was down a couple days ago too

  • TJIRISH53 TJIRISH (@TJIRISH53) reported

@cogeco Cogeco management needs to issue an explanation of the source of these outages. Changing DNS seems to be a solution but most people cannot or are uncomfortable doing it. If changing DNS is a solution then why doesn't Cogeco have this as a back up suggestion or action.1/2

  • FreddyCouples Freddy Couples (@FreddyCouples) reported

@JanettaHowson @cogeco Relax; this isn't a Cogeco issue. It's affecting Rogers & Bell as well, just like it did on Tuesday.

  • mikesmoniz Michael Moniz (@mikesmoniz) reported

@IroquoisRayne @cogeco Don’t trade in one shitty ISP for another. Check out the independent ISPs. 9/10 better prices for better speeds/service

@cogeco This has been going on for days now! You really should give your customers a credit for this terrible service since many of us are taking online courses and working from home.

@cogeco Why is my household paying full price for a shoddy, unreliable service provider?
