@cogeco Had service appt last night 5-8. No show. I called, was told it was rebooked for tonight 5-8. Rec’d verification call for TONIGHT. I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

Imo cogeco should be working *with* Rogers to accomplish all eligible customers being able to use it. But thatd be too morally correct wouldn't it😕

They use cogeco infrastructure (in my area) so you'll be able to access it no issues...Just hassle of switching Still can't believe that jump though Ridiculous cogeco can offer this via 3rd party for 50/mo, but can't keep offering you that directly
