    Can anyone @cogeco or @cogecohelps tell me why my stupid #EPICO box has gone out multiple times a day over the last 4 days and needs to be disconnected and rebooted? Why is this service so terrible?

    How is internet service so pathetic in 2021 in Ontario? My serotonin levels get depleted most days dealing with outdated law practices, let alone having to deal with internet issues. Let’s get this figured out @cogeco; it’s the third decade of the 21st century

    .@cogeco and #EPICO absolutely shitting the bed during the @BlueJays game is so on par for this awful TV service.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
