@cogecohelps wasting time trying to get to a customer service agent seems to be a normal part of the Cogeco Experience. We have periods of impossible to watch EPICO TV daily because of lack of bandwidth and signal drops. Will soon be going back to Bell Fibe unless we can ../2

@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

@cogeco bunch of thieves. Called today to cancel our mother’s cable as she’s been in hospital over 2 months and is never coming home. Apartment is empty but because she can’t call herself she’s had to pay still. She can’t ******* talk. #cogecothieves
