    Oh look at that. Yet again my wifi goes out. Yet any time I called and speak to anyone at @cogeco they tell me I need to reset the box. Your modem is a piece of garbage and should send someone to look at what the problem is instead of giving me back all the time @cogecohelps

    @m_hewitt18 Same thing happened minutes prior to doing an international conference abstract presentation (Cogeco fail!!)…had to hot spot phone asap!!
