Always frustrating with you lose your internet, but REALLY frustrating when there is zero sympathy from your @cogeco support person, particularly when this is the third issue you've had in a month with them. I think their @cogecohelps Twitter name might be a bit of a misnomer.

@cogecohelps hi! I'm signing back on with cogeco and did it online on Friday. I recieved a 4 digit pin and confirmation email, but still haven't received the email to set up my account. Can you help?

lived here for two years without issues. Even then how does @cogeco @cogecohelps not notify us before hand or even have records in their systems of what's going on at our house. We literally had to read the letter to them over the phone because they didn't know what was going on.
