    @cogeco Your support page says "No Outage Detected" but it has a message on the same page saying you are investigating an issue impacting TV services - so this page should say an "Outage is detected"

    @cogecohelps I once joined a company called COGECO Known for their prices being OH SO LOW Their staff are so kind Assisting me they never mind Any other company would only be SO SO.

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    @NotMe595959 @peggy_blair Lol try that with Cogeco and see what happens. They don't give a **** because there's so little choice thanks to the monopoly these media companies enjoy. For every customer they lose they get 2 back.

    guys the funniest ******* thing ever has happened for a few days our tv has been glitching big time we went on a streaming service and it said "sorry, you have to be in the uk" so we check the inputs and ??? for some reason our tv is now Cogeco (a ******* canadian tv service)

    @cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco โ€” you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my โ€œpromotion ended.โ€ Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps is such a joke. Internet down. They tell you to use chat for quick access. 76 min wait. You try and call and the recording tells you to unplug for 5 seconds and hangs up on you. Unreal customer service. Now what?
