    @cogeco It's less of a problem for people like me with at least some comfort with how technology works; for people like my (senior-aged) parents, it's much, much worse and just aggravates them to no bloody end. And guess who always has to fix it... Until the next time. Ad infinitum.

    @cogecohelps once again i am experiencing wifi outtages. I am new to Cogeco, after leaving Bell, but I am so far NOT impressed with the service. Once again epico not working. Have to consistently restart the system, wifi always dropping out. Terrible.

    @cogecohelps I spend over an hour and a half on hold. Only to have your loyalty support person hang up on me. I guess Cogeco doesn’t want my business anymore. 20 year customer means nothing to you.

    yup..I called it..landlord sueing Cogeco for drilling that small hole w/o consent..what a total pos this guy is!! hope L&TB takes this b.s into consideration of what a total ******* he is!!
