    @CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps @cogeco I guess that explains why their Service is so lacking. If there’s no other provider, who cares if the service is any good? There’s other options besides cable. She doesn’t need internet.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps My partner Stephanie has been on hold for about an hour to cancel her Cogeco cable TV. She had no problem getting a live person to upgrade her Cogeco internet, but that person told Steph she needed to speak to a different person to cancel cable. Very odd.

    Moved away from @Bell because of their abysmal customer service... turns out @Cogeco is no better sooo going back to Bell where at least their hardware isn't insecure. I'd advise you stop using Cogeco immediately.

    today I learned that if you're nice to your ISP about issues on their end, nothing gets fixed :) **** cogeco

    @Billy_chilly I got gigabit down with Cogeco, but my upload is capped at like 30.

    bad #CRTC: to be eligible: “and be actively offering mobile wireless services commercially to retail customers;” So this blocks a new entrant such as Cogeco or ISPs.

    Cogeco just confirmed service is down in the area. Ontario Hydro is working on it. Hopefully sooner than later.
