    @cogeco No internet here in Dundas,ON - tried restarting router and changing dns multiple times, no luck. Even before the outage my internet seems to cut out and give no where near the speed that we are supposed to have. Disappointing.

    @cogeco all of my services have been off since 8am, you guys said you resolved issues yet I’ve restarted 3 times and still nothing

    @NikCHussle @cogeco All the more reason to voice your displeasure, my neighbour has tech savvy and he was never out. They use cogeco lines so that means it was a DNS problem. If you change your router settings you'll get internet again. Plenty of people have done this to fix the problem.

    @cogeco I check everything possible resorting to calling as a last resort cause another thing is ya blame the customers hardware without knowing what they actually have - no more customer support anywhere anymore companies r only worried about the almighty dollar such a shame

    @cogeco My rented Cogeco WIFI router changed the network name today so I could not connect. I had to look up how to change the WIFI network name and password to get the new password. Now my WIFI is back up. But it cost me usage of cell data that is not free to find this out.

    @foxtrot_187 @killerbanker @cogeco I wouldn’t say the outages are weekly but the speed issues are daily...it’s frustrating. I’ve worked from home for 12 years, I depending on the internet to work.
