    @programmer279 @LukeMiani @cogeco Not hate, just frustration. We set up our 90+ y old aunt with a #Cogeco acct & this is the 3rdX a tech hasn’t /has refused to help for whatever reason. I mean, they can’t force people to work, but hard to explain to her why they can’t fix her tv, like they hate her!

    @Cogeco has been such a terrible choice for us. The past years we’ve had nonstop issues with both cable, cable boxes, towers outside, ruining our new renovation by drilling through our walls. Now they installed this @epico. Worst ever. Does not work properly.

    @cogeco We waited 3 days already and now we have to wait again until Thursday all because YOUR truck broke down ?!?! SEND A DIFFERENT ONE !!!!. I will NOT be paying this months bill. You will also be paying my phone bill with all this data I’ve been having to use. Pathetic

    @cogeco worst remote. It does not work. I’m tired of calling tech support. I can wort for your company by now. I’ve gotten an education whilst on the support line many times.

    @cogecohelps @m_e_f1 The estimated time service is going to be restored is later than 2:30pm??!! This is ridiculous. There are people working from home that pay a lot of money for cogeco b/c it's the only provider. It's time to end the telecom oligopoly in this country.

    @LukeMiani @cogeco It's all lies. Cogeco's customer service is terrible and their service is unreliable and overpriced. That's from experience. Any Cogeco users that hate Cogeco?

    Spent half an hour on the phone with Cogeco tech Dept. where I was instructed to keep doing the same menu choices with no solution. So after the call, I unplugged the box and the modem. Plugged them back in and I got my problem solved.
