    @cogecohelps wasting time trying to get to a customer service agent seems to be a normal part of the Cogeco Experience. We have periods of impossible to watch EPICO TV daily because of lack of bandwidth and signal drops. Will soon be going back to Bell Fibe unless we can ../2

    @FortmanM @cogeco Yep. EPICO and @cogeco connectivity are the worst. I have the same problem all the time.

    @cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco β€” you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my β€œpromotion ended.” Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.
