    @driver_error Guess they changed to high fibre and our equipment is wrong!!!! WTF why weren’t we notified. So no @cogeco till next week. Wife only talked to 5 different people and they all just pass the buck

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I tried calling for hours on the weekend to inquire about my rate on my account. Your IVR is purposefully obfuscating the ability to reach an agent. How am I supposed to get help?

    Just another day woth @cogeco but you pay through the a** for the service. No credit and misogynistic CS. " In My culture , we don't speak that way". Sorry i don't fit into your nigerian culture.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @peggy_blair i switched to rogers from cogeco, rogers was $50/mo and the rep said, "hang on. let me see if i can get you a better deal before you leave." she came back & said, "we can give you the same service for $49.99". i laughed & laughed & still switched. they're all the same. ugh

    @cogeco Anyone out there have trouble with Cogeco? We left Bell and went with them in Dec. Having nothing but problems. Live in southwestern Ontario. Any suggestions?
