Access to email is by using phone data. I’ve troubleshooted twice with Cogeco support and they keep “putting in a new ticket” because they can’t figure it out. Do we need to go with a different Internet provider? 2/2

so I have @cogeco internet and cable TV. It’s supposed to support screen mirroring from #iPhone and #iPad, but it’s stopped working. Four chats sessions with Cogeco support failed to address the issue

@cogeco Why does epico show the local weather for niagara on channel 268. Perhaps coegco should contact the weather network to have this fixed.

@AnthonyLacavera @MobileSyrup It's regional and has to seen beyond bellybutton lint in ON or BC. Videotron in QC, Cogeco in the East. Shaw formerly centre. Telus West. Robellus somewhat majority of larger urban centres. Down to Robell when merger completes.

@cogecohelps @cogeco We literally just signed up a month ago, and we are supposed to be getting the best ‘value’. How do rates magically increase after 30 days? Especially when being told there was just a rate increase and they didn’t anticipate any. Very shady. Will be calling customer service.

@cogeco Why doesn't epico show the regional weather for niagara on Channel 268? When will this be fixed? Perhaps cogeco should reach to the weather network and subscribe so we can see our local weather.
