    @cogeco I'll be that guy @cogeco, can someone say redundant solution required if access to core infra is as easy as a sh1t kicking a publicly accessible enclosure?

    @cogeco This is heartbreaking. I wish I still lived in Windsor so I could drop some coffee/hot chocolate off for the techs that have to fix this. Patching fiber is *NOT* fun, especially in the cold.

    @NickRunyeard @cogeco In a perfect world, yes it should work like this. But that kind of redundancy is supposed to handle regular outages, but I'm not sure how well it's supposed to handle this type of outage.
