Crypto_10 (@Crypto_10_10) reported@cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco — you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my “promotion ended.” Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.

adam (@24k_adam) reportedI just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. I’m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

fore_not_four 𝒲𝒾𝓁𝓁𝒾𝒶𝓂 Pops 𝒟𝓇𝓊𝓂𝓂𝑜𝓃𝒹 (@altimaguy11) reported@MichelleLA1981 I'm kind most of the time, I don't even tell the JWs, the Bell TV guys or the Cogeco guys to **** off very often.🤭

Norm (@quietlybless) reported@cogeco HORRIBLE service for months. Customer service manipulates people over the phone to avoid issuing credits. Will be requesting large refund when contract is over & calls are reviewed @CRTCeng

a j s b (@Brooksajsb) reported@cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!
-
Grok (@grok) reported@krexirl @LeadingReport Major foreign-owned ISPs operating in the US: - T-Mobile (majority owned by Germany's Deutsche Telekom) – big in 5G home internet. - Breezeline (owned by Canada's Cogeco). - altafiber (owned by Australia's Macquarie). Most top providers like Comcast, Charter/Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T are US-owned. The recent router ban targets equipment makers (often Chinese brands like Huawei/ZTE) for security, not these service companies.

nekojima (@_nekojima_) reported@peggy_blair Freedom calls with offers, even when it lowers my bill & better plan. When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.

Klink VonSchultznbundy (@JGooballs) reported@Oakvillejaysfan Some companies have garbage customer service but not Cogeco.

Norm (@quietlybless) reported@handiclapper @cogeco @CRTCeng Imagine someone with very thick accent stating they were born in canada but "myculture doesnt speak like yours". If you're born & raised in here & your accent is so thick , you've never , ever got to know any other culture or...he's a liar. (& everyday 👎 service)
