@Tierney4351 @cogeco SUPER awesome that their customer support apparatus is completely and utterly unable to help anyone, or even to inform their customers that there are issues. Great show, awesome job, @cogeco!

I’m not sure what’s worse: Intermittent service or no service at all? My internet is trying to work, but I can’t accomplish much of anything. Plus, even my bell data seems laggy now. #Cogeco

@cogeco It’s literally issue after issue with you guys. Pretty sure you’ve been over to my place like 5 times in the past 2 months just to fix the goddamn router

@Todd0575 @cogeco Service outages happen everywhere with everyone. Judging by the wide scale outage and the website and phones not working it sounds like something outside of cogeco’s control. Google is having some problems too. It’s better to research and understand not ***** all the time.

@Krucifix_ @travellingsou11 @cogeco My bad than. I said it could be, my main point was no need to complain and bicker. It wasn’t done on purpose

For those with #Cogeco, if you're experiencing connection problems, you can hardcode 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 as your DNS servers until Cogeco fixes the issue on their end. Please dm or @me if you want to know how to do this

@Laxpro1dot10 @travellingsou11 @cogeco That’s not it chief they manually took down their website and phone so they wouldn’t be bombarded by numerous people reporting the same thing
