JerryP (@yarop) reported@Allan_Gao12 @cogeco Cogeco customer service is piece of crap. I don't need to chat with AI, or listen for 10 minutes how to unplug the modem. When I need help, I need to talk to live pearson. And when I choose that option, I hear: Thank you for calling Cogeco. Good bye!.click. Unacceptable and rude

kait (@kitty_kattkait) reported@catacombsboss @keithurbfan @cogecohelps I said it once Iβll said it again so maybe your retarded *** can understand the person who cut the line is the one who caused the damage, but Cogeco are the ones tasked with the response. Whose βfaultβ it is is a matter of perspective. Kindly get a ******* life no one asked you

Sampson.d.ramm (@SampsonRamm) reported@cogeco You posted a pic of a dump truck and downed wires, is that implying that is the cause of the mass outage? If so, where is the redundancy in the system that would prevent this one area from bringing down service across eastern Ontario?

Ciel21 β οΈβ¦οΈβ£οΈππ¨π¦π (@Ciel2114) reported@MamaStyles77 @cogeco Cogeco mobile has only been offered to existing Internet customers. Mom has their Internet but does not want cell plan. Besides if Cogeco service is offline, so is our home phone. Another reason to have cell plan with different provider.

Ashleigh Atkinson (@IronForgedFit) reported@cogeco Do better! Internet keeps dropping for prolonged periods of time. Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, itβs impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.

Clare A (@Murphysmom67) reportedRN I switched from Telus to Cogeco. I was told I didnt need a new SIM card bc Cogeco runs on Telus lines. Telus just disconnected me from the network. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps
