Dear @cogeco, I’d rather you tell me no ETR rather than just taking the current time + 1 hour for my resolution. My original 19:00 resolution from yesterday has long passed. I’d rather you simply be honest!

@cogecohelps @SElsbury @cogeco Nah its everything can be the middle of summer and services go dead and then takes you guys hours to figure out the problem. Last summer they went out at least 5x for 4+ hours on bright and sunny days

@cogeco Why not tell customers that service will be down until December 26, then if you get it working sooner you’ll look like Rock stars? Having an automated time calculating 60 mins from time of inquiry is frustrating.

@cogecohelps In the list of Wi-Fi connections nearby, on my phone, I could see other people’s cogeco networks, so does that mean the issue could be just with my house?
