    @CTVDrama Hey @CTVDrama was so disappointed my TIVo didn’t record my episodes of Handmaid’s Tale last night- nothing changed on on my onepass through cogeco - do you block recordings even though I subscribe ? First two episodes worked and cogeco customer service had no clue?

    @Menagerieof22 "keep" -- I'm employed by a TPIA that serves these lines. This is the first time fibre has been cut in that area in the course of the time I've worked for them. I rarely see issues in Pembroke/Petawawa. My advice is to work with Cogeco as it's likely isolated to you.

    At this point I'm never going to get my Cogeco account fixed so I can use it. When you explained the situation clearly and what the problem is in a very detailed matter and get asked what the problem is, how can they help you. It's over. It was awkward & don't want to do again.

    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

    @cogecohelps My husband isn’t receiving emails via his cogeco account either. It’s not a cookie issue - we weren’t using webmail. There’s obviously an issue on your end. Service has been spotty and awful for months now.
