    @cogeco @cogecohelps @Bell To anyone using Cogeco internet and actually paying for it. Do yourself a favor and contact Bell for Fibe, if it's available in your area. Bell Fibe is night and day better! They will easily beat Cogeco price & service!

    @cogecohelps hey, really disappointed in your customer service and internet provision period. With the number of people working from home you would think Cogeco would be better. Cancels a service appointment and doesn’t call to inform the customer. You should be ashamed.

    @cogeco #CogecoSucks my lovely Cogeco internet went down Saturday July 24th. That outage cost me 6 figures. This is absolute bullshit. Garbage service.

    @cogecohelps Will never use another Cogeco service again. This is how they treat someone right after losing a parent. I would not be a proud employee working at a place like this.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco The internet service back and running now .My Wi-Fi modern always cut intermittently. Called tech support several times to resolve but no long term solution . Might need new modem!
