Scott Dillon (@dillon4412) reported@cogecohelps That's problem with Cogeco. You don't listen. I should get the Detroit feed every night. It makes no sense. I get the Colorado feed. I live a hour from Detroit. I complain a week or so ago. Cogeco switch to the Detroit feed. So I know Cogeco can put on whatever feed they want.

[EMT]² Emmett (@EMTsquared) reportedCogeco is hands down the worst telecom monopoly in Canada. They pay employees poorly and charge exorbitant rates that rise every few months. **** the Competition Bureau, the Ontario labour minister, and **** this company.

HVACgineering (@hvacgineering) reported@ManyBeenRinsed I cancelled with Cogeco when they increased our bill without any notification last month. Internet performance was awful a lot of the times leading up to the increase

CanadianSoul 🇨🇦 🇩🇰 (@carol_nasvytis) reported@peggy_blair It’s ridiculous. Like when I called Cogeco to negotiate a better deal - I was told the advertised rates were only for new customers. So I became an former customer and switched to Bell now that bill is going through the roof. I don’t want to play this game 😡 Just stop gouging me

HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

Tricia Robson (@robson_tri87484) reportedSo over service from @cogeco. Constantly have to restart/update just to get the TV to work. The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.

Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan For 1Gbs internet with Bell my family was at one point being quoted 112$ ans that was in the full bundle. Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands

Katie Patterson (@PattersonKatiee) reported@Devin_Heroux No I don't but I pay for spoertnet with my cogeco package maybe that's why I was able to sign in?
-
Goddamngreek (@Goddamngreek1) reported@cogeco Your customer service sucks. Wtf is going on..!?!? Your employees don't know how to resolve an issue with the customer. It's easy to sign up with your company but hard as hell to terminate a contract.

Ted McIntyre (@Tedbits) reportedSo what did you do on Easter Sunday? We've spent the entire day trying to get cell phone service transferred back to @Virgin from @cogeco after the switchover last week left my wife unable to see group texts. So much fun.
