    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thanks Sandra. Unfortunately that’s not helpful for my kids who have missed their classes today. If you could get this system functional so it won’t go down every time school classes start that would be great.

    @cogeco Why don't you ever update the outages section on your web page? According to that my internet issues are always in my head. Then I found this Twitter account. Not all people have Twitter. Just saying.

    @ihoplad @cogeco It's weird. My phone has no problem with the internets wifi, but my Xbox, which connected through ethernet, won't connect at all. Same thing a few days ago. Cogeco needs to get their sh*t together.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I think it is time to credit your customers on their bills for this month. We can then use that money for the phone data we have to use because of your connection being down. Also, your social media CSRs deserve raises.
