@BenjaminRispin Not sure why a hydro outage affects the cable service? There are things called generators that Cogeco could be using at their stations.

@cogecohelps I spoke with a technician. They said outage. Why does the site say no outage AND why does everyone else have their Cogeco service working but me? The entire area has their internet and hydro back.

@CBCNews "Former national security advisers, CSIS directors say U.S. could become a 'source of threat and instability'" Agree, and living in Canada is indeed like living above a **** lab. Too bad Canada's isolated, surrounded by 3 oceans and 'Murica. 😒 And @cogeco — DROP Fox "News". 🤬

@cogecohelps No worries. I managed to track it down. Channel is 438. Recently I was in a Cogeco store & given a hardcopy listing of Epico channels. In fine print it noted the list was current as of 6 Oct 2020🤨 #438 was listed as "SPACE" (the original name of the Sci-Fi channel).

@pmarriott I'm with @cogeco, it's down and @videotron called me to try and convert me. They install generators on their cable boxes on electric posts. Ain't nobody trying to sway my electricity provider

@cogeco Outage map is saying east city in Peterborough has no outage anymore. After multiple resets of my modem this is clearly not the case. Still no internet at this time even though it is reported as fixed.
