@cogeco Would like to point out the fact that you guys have managed to let a internet outage that is on a week day, that is almost province wide, go untreated for a majority of people since 11 am today. You all need to get it together and realize this is more than a “inconvenience”

@cogeco Rebooting =/= Resetting. Probably should clarify, would make sense that people need to reset it and if they’re just rebooting it’s not working.

@LowCkas @cogeco - this was a widely circulating solution (changing dns servers) - cloudflare is a well-known web infrastructure company, there is also lots of information available about their DNS service - it was a suggestion, you could've just not done it, as you clearly did? but ok

Thinking of the customer service reps at Cogeco today. I’m sure they got a lot of abuse. Though I’ve often been unhappy with Cogeco’s services, I know it’s not fault of the people who run social media accounts & answer phones. We’re all edgy. Be kind. @cogeco @cogecohelps
