when cogeco doesn’t send the HDMI cord that is “enclosed” in the package- there goes $10 and waiting a week to get it since Ontario is still locked down

@cogecohelps Not unusual at all in my experience. Thank god for Cbc streaming it without requiring the authentication from Cogeco like sportsnet does. When the message indicated it's a problem on your end I shouldn't need to call tech support.

Do not use @cogecohelps, @cogeco if you work from home. If it’s not slower than what you pay for, it’s down, like right now. Funny, because I literally just paid my bill. I regret that decision.
