    @cogecohelps @sapphire9692 @cogeco Twice in a week now? You do realize we’re all stuck at home and we need this to work and learn? I think you need to issue a blanket refund to your customers for both outages instead of making us all phone in for it. You’re making money hand over fist during a pandemic. Do it!

    @Niagara_411 @cogecohelps Cogeco folks should seriously consider switching to @TekSavvyBuzz who actually operate on Cogeco's lines, but seem to have way fewer problems. I haven't had a blip during all of these recent outages, and I've been WFH for years. Way cheaper, too.

    JUST IN | Niagara's school boards hearing of another internet issue with Cogeco. So far, the company has not confirmed an issue.

    @cogeco awesome internet is down AGAIN in North Bay, is someone going to reimburse me for the amount of data I have had to use on my cell phone

    Really Cogeco, twice in one week! The amount you charge for high speed internet & you cannot even answer the phone or post on your website there is no service.
