@cogecohelps @cogeco what is going on, your internet keeps dropping completely off every hour it seems rendering everything I do useless, and it’s not a problem with my router as it says “connected, no internet” it’s getting really annoying as this has been happening for a while.

Access to email is by using phone data. I’ve troubleshooted twice with Cogeco support and they keep “putting in a new ticket” because they can’t figure it out. Do we need to go with a different Internet provider? 2/2
