@RealPtitty @melissacare01 When I have had to call customer service at Koodo, Bell, Cogeco, RBC and even Hudson Bay when they were in business, I usually speak to a rep in the Philippines and sometimes Romania. IT is usually India.

@cogeco @cogecohelps have been having internet issues since around 2p. Did the whole routine of reset modem, reset router. Your wifi app says there is an outage but your website says no outage for L6M 3z8. Please help.

@cogeco Nice work customer service! I was on hold for 75 minutes even though the estimated wait time was only a pathetic 45 minutes, and then you hung up without answering. I've now signed up with Bell Fibe and will cancel Cogeco if I can ever get someone on the phone.
