    @cogecohelps Does Cogeco allow me to purchase my own modem? My Hitron CODA-4589 is pretty terrible. For about the 20th time, the password to access the router has been changed somehow. I need to put it in bridged mode 'again' to bypass the terrible wifi and lan with my own router

    @Canadian72 @Bell Same here, my area is Cogeco only and they are shafting us. Bell said to keep an eye out over 10 years now. **** all ISPs.

    @cogecohelps I spend over an hour and a half on hold. Only to have your loyalty support person hang up on me. I guess Cogeco doesn’t want my business anymore. 20 year customer means nothing to you.
