So I became an former customer and switched to Bell now that bill is going through the roof. I don’t want to play this game 😡 Just stop gouging me

They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. You're a bloated monopoly that's grossly inefficient. We'd have stayed with @Cogeco with its better staff, but crap tech.

When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.
