  @cogeco You really affected work from home people. Also - your customer service call centre is awful. Can’t get a hold of anyone.

  Since I am unable to call u or text bc u mistakenly disconnected me, heres the situation. I switched to Cogeco & informed u on Jan 22/26. U gave me a disconnection date of Feb 17/26. I was fully paid up but after Feb 17 u continued to bill me & I stupidly paid bc of your threats a total of $291.33 which u now owe me. When I switched to Cogeco I was told they used Telus lines, thats why my phone still indicated u as the carrier. Cogeco told me Ì shouldnt still b paying u so I stopped. Now you've disconnected me so since Friday I've had no calls, text or data. On top of that you reported me to Equifax. U really expect me to pay u as well as Cogeco? Ur lucky I dont sue u. I should b activated on the network immediately. How about u check your data & my dates then reimburse what u owe me. @TELUS

  @cogecohelps I can't access my cable or my internet - can't even access the Cogeco site itself right now to check for outages. (Postal code is P1B 9L6) Can you help?

  @LaciMarieKnight The CRTC controls all in Canada & creates regional monopolies , allowing companies to continue giving poor service at high prices. Bell Canada is the worst of the worst with Cogeco and Rogers close behind. They render only services they have to give while controlling what we see.

  @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.

  9 hours this week alone on hold as a terminally ill customer.Complaints made to @CCTS_CPRST and @CRTCeng About Cogeco mobile.Their licence to operate should be removed. How I’ve been treated for 4 months is disgusting. I want my 4 months of money back .My 25 hours of time back
