@cogeco Working from home and now I can't work due to this, you really need to update your infrastructure, as good as your customer service is, your actual service sucks.

@LimestoneDSB The issue is with Cogeco's DNS servers. If you change the DNS servers on your router to google's DNS it fixes the issues. 8.8.8.8 8.8.8.4

@SaranoidAndroid @cogeco I’ve literally restarted my laptop seven times this morning before being alerted it was down. Seems to be partially down, works on some devices but not others. Troubleshooting hell here this morning.

imagine trying to be a streamer/gamer with @cogeco would be a joke cause it's always down and constant connection lost. Sadly even at my Job this is a huge issue.. may be time to change.

For those with #Cogeco, if you're experiencing connection problems, you can hardcode 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 as your DNS servers until Cogeco fixes the issue on their end. Please dm or @me if you want to know how to do this
