    @cogeco your Epico system and customer support are the worst I have seen in 40 years. Channels work and then don't. DVR is garbage and try to even find the 1-800 number. We keep it on the fridge because you can't find it anywhere on the website which is useless.

    Hey @cogeco thanks for the repeated emergency warnings that I can't shut off. Put it at the bottom of the screen. Don't cut out the channels entirely. Not aure why it comes through your service and not my cell.

    @shoegirl68 @Bell Ya I’d switched to cogeco for awhile, and then bell sucked me back with a deal too good to turn down.
