  Now I have to hard reboot the epico box to get the channel up/down on the remote to work. It never ends with your ****** equipment. Canceling my service when my contact is up. @cogeco

  I don’t usually go on here to promote products but if you ever want internet that works sometimes and is out at least once a week then @cogeco is your guy I give them 6/7 stars, which is totally fair as their service only works 6/7 days

  Previewing second-quarter earnings season for Canadian telecommunications companies, Scotia Capital’s Maher Yaghi made these target changes: BCE Inc.   Hey @Bell I have had internet issues for three days now!! Whenever I call your tech support people will look into my modem and say everything’s fine. One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! This is why I left you before for @cogeco and I’m about ready to do it again!!!

  @cogeco down now 36 hours. Internet down but cogeco says, "having an issue go to cogeco online" . How idiotic. Requested technical support(#5) but after 3 minute message..." customer service is closed" with a quick hang up. No cs during outage??? @crtc

  @wallygator23 @cogecohelps @cogeco I understand problems happen that are out of their control, but it’s the lack of communication (down website, no costumer service) that gets to me because theyve had time to correct it since the last big outage!

  @cogecohelps Red-light is a horrible internet company who's website wont allow you to access account when it claims your password isnt correct. That would be cogeco btw. Plain. Garbage
