    @cogeco I cancelled my internet service after my contract ended, yet you charged me a $75 early cancellation fee in violation of CRTC rules. I emailed you, but you ignored me. Is this how you treat your customers?

    in the lobby of both bldgs in my complex b/c apt. residents to not get parcel delivery, despite the "door to door service fees" we pay. Cogeco, Bell, Rogers all have parcels sent here for many tenants....The Shopper's Drug Mart at the University Plaza, Dundas, ON is bad...

    @cogeco We are still without phone service this morning? Internet was restored around 4:45pm yesterday. Anyone else still without phone?
