@cogecohelps Hi, finally after about 40 minutes a clerk picked up. Issue handled but it makes listening to “your call is very important to us” a tad hollow after the hundredth loop. Either live it, or change the message. #cogeco

Entering day three with no internet because @cogeco decided to do some scheduled maintenance on the lines in my area, screwed up my internet with teksavvy, mait. tech KNEW they f'ed up as they booked a service call for yesterday where guy didn't do **** @cogecohelps isn't helpful

.@CRTCeng @cogeco reported results showing a modest CAPEX increase for the period of ≈ $2M mainly due to spending on customer premise equipment. Results state that $900K of capital was spent on network expansion. This wil be captured in the monitoring promised by @CRTCeng

@cogeco @cogecohelps I am refusing to pay my bill. This happens every week with this service. $200 for what? Unbelievable. Fix this IMMEDIATELY
