@fordnation @cogeco get the kids back to school! My gr 9 son is struggling with connection issues and can’t do his work when he’s constantly being kick out of meetings.... currently is trying to take a test and it keeps kicking him off the internet with lost connection.

@cogecohelps @MIHomeYGK Cogeco needs to up its communication game! Last night I received an "apology" email - almost a week late. Apparently, "a few" customers were impacted - not tens of thousands. The email blamed an "external" problem - they took no responsibility.

And was able to set up my channel options I see it is not available. I am close to cancelling over this because of a stupid move by @cogeco marketing. Step up and fix this now since I have Epico. Not fair since CP24 is essential to this household. #cp24 #pissed #cogecoblunder

@Jabourasaurus Does sound like a possible dns issue... but I see you've already changed it... it's a bit weird... during all the issues with Cogeco this week I didn't completely lose my internet at any point. It got a bit slow, but it never totally died.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Fix my internet! It’s down AGAIN! 3rd time in 10 days! You ask that I message you and yet I’ve done that several times already this evening & get no reply and god forbid we call....you can’t get through! We better be getting a credit for this inconvenience!

@TiVo Your IOS Tivo app no longer can live stream. Cogeco Canada tech support says your app needs to be repaired. Are you working on it?
