    Buyer Beware. COGECO. The absolute worse in cable tv. Avoid at all costs. after 2 years of **** service they still cannot or do not know how to synchronize a picture and a simple sound. The worse cable you can get COGECO is a crooked company selling garbage.

    @carrytelca @cogeco This is the first major incident I've had with CarryTel in 6 years. It's not even their fault -- it's Cogeco's fault. But CarryTel support handled it very badly in my opinion. I think it's time to look at other ISPs in the area.

    @cogeco is there an outage in Peterborough? No internet for over an hour and resetting doesn't fix. Assuming it's not just my connection but a bigger issue?

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I was supposed to be sent a new EPICO box weeks ago due to ongoing issues. I’ve never received the confirmation email or the box, what gives?

    @cogecohelps @Patz_Van Why does Cogeco’s website say there are no outages when obviously receiving mail is an issue? I’ve been having problems here in Oakville all afternoon. Is there an ETA for the problem resolution?

    @cogecohelps My email hasn’t updated since 1:30pm this afternoon. That’s a long time to be down and it sounds like cogeco has just become aware of it. I hope emails aren’t lost like has previously happened

    @carrytelca @cogeco I had to explain that I WFH and lost work hours. I also had to tether my phone so my family could have Internet. I also had to point out that I've been a customer for >6 years. The best they can do is 10 days credit plus $5. That's about $30 credit which I had to take or lose.

    @Cirind_Dragon they suck in canada too lmao cogeco and bell can go suck a **** honestly it took cogeco like 6 hours or so to fix an outage today

    @cogecohelps I’m still not receiving email. Hopefully restoring normal service will happen soon. I started having issues at about 3pm and use Cogeco for my work email, which is problematic when it fails and is down for so long.

    @cogecohelps I am not a Cogeco customer but my service does come in these lines. Might be a good idea to have some added protection to stop the squirrels from using these as chew toys
