  @cogeco Can you sort your connection out. Cant watch any live television, just stop go all the time like it is buffering and cant load a webpage online. Says have full service tho. Charge an arm and a leg but offer pure garbage in return. Been like this for two days now.

  @cogeco #Cogeco once again no notification of outages sent to my phone. Still have to wait 30 min on the phone to notify you of the outage instead of just going to page on my phone. When will you take customer service seriously?

  @cogeco i can't seem to get through to report someone hit the neighbourhood box and knocked out internet and cable. When I call your call centre just tells me I need to book an appointment. Send someone to Cedarvale Cres. Welland and fix it please.
