  @cogecohelps #cogeco unbelievable bad service in Kingston. Was told by Tech that I could exchange bad modem on Sun in Cat ctr but store is closed!!! sign on door says they are open 11-5 Sun. Msg on phone says Tue-Fri. WTH. Get yourselves sorted! Mad mad mad customer.

  @AM800News I got refused service from a Shoppers Drug Mart. I got Karen'd at the Cogeco store at Devonshire Mall. She called 911 complaining about me when SHE was the one with the attitude problem. Windsor is crazy town.

  @cogecohelps @jaxatweet It’s because they are the worst go with virgin internet so much cheaper and not one problem at all and their customer service is amazing!! I am currently paying 40 per month for what I would pay at cogeco for 90

  New modem and @cogeco internet is still coming down. Been a costumer for over 10 years but it might be time to find a new provider. We just get the brush off and troubleshooting we’ve done 100 times before.
