Until you do that everything on your network is temporary duct tape fixes. I'll be going to the CCTS because you have never resolved my issues to my satisfaction. Ever!

A cogeco employee even came to take a look yesterday and said "everything is perfectly fine" but we get disconnected every ******* 10 minutes still?

But I've been with cogeco for more than 10 years, and it's almost every month they have another issue with their wifi. I was not affected by this outage, however monthly issues is really not the wave when your spending a fair bit on it.

Jesse Fillator (@lilfill) reported@cogecohelps @Coleman42 It is a cogeco problem though. No shovels were put in the ground. It was a suspended cable that was broken. In this case if it was in the ground we'd all still have internet lol
