After awhile, the doorbell rang. I thought it was the food delivery. No. It was a person from Cogeco, all geared up to tell me about their new and improved service. I started cackling as soon as I saw what company he was working for.

He said hello and began to talk and I waited for a break before I interjected and said, “Let me stop you right there. There is no way I’m ever going back to Cogeco.” He asked me why. I said, “Because the service is garbage.” He kinda chuckled and said, “well we’ve improved.”

@cogeco I can't believe you have scheduled a 6 hour shutdown for maintenance. In the 25 plus years of being a customer, I have never experienced a 6 hour maintenance outage.

@cogeco How about waving my charges for the terrible internet service my street has been having for the past 2 weeks. Westend Kgtn 20 year subscriber.... Bell trucks are fixing the internet by taking your customers.
