    So beyond frustrated with my attempt to change my Cogeco service to the new EPICO. Way too much time of my life spent on this. Wish agents could give 100% of required information rather then getting a little more from each person I talk to. #frustated @cogeco

    @cogecohelps I checked the cogeco outages. It said service was down in my area and should be restored by around 1:10pm. It's just annoying this happens every couple of months.

    @idkkailz @cogeco I was using vmedia up in north bay and they were a dream to deal with + didn’t charge me a fee to cancel when I moved back 3 months later

    @Hi__Her @cogeco It boggles my mind, thanks for the reach out, 2022, frustrating that they get away w/that kinda crap. How can they think I’d pay them that much money in advance? Hoping anyone has any ideas that would work faster?
