  @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, my Cogeco connection is go for over 2-3 hrs...There was outage in my area yesterday, its showing it was resolved yesterday but I believe it is not resolved properly...We already reset/rebooting the modem but it is not working...

  @cogeco you’re internet service is very bad and unreliable. I pay for the best you offer, UltraFibre 1Gig Unlimited and it is a waste of money. It’s time for me to switch to another provider at this point.

  @cogecohelps So Cogeco installed cable wire too low across the street and a passing truck took the wire down. Now no internet and work from home + kids online learning. Was told no same day tech appts and the earliest is Saturday. Unacceptable!
