    @cogecohelps I once joined a company called COGECO Known for their prices being OH SO LOW Their staff are so kind Assisting me they never mind Any other company would only be SO SO.

    Got my @cogeco Internet bill and it went from $86.97/mth to $150.76/mth. Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! Maybe send me a new offer BEFORE jacking the rate?

    Hi @cogeco @cogecohelps today is the 2nd day I get internet service interruptions. You only get 3 strikes and I go shop somewhere else.

    @CogecoAide @CRTCeng .Had to call😥 due to outage. Me; @cogeco says no outage. Rep; There are outages! Me; How will I know when it's 'really' up?". Rep; modem 'might' come back on properly. If not, reboot it. Spend day rebooting due to inaccurate reports? Rebooted 2x in 4hrs=na
