GiantPanda 🐼 (@giantpandaTV) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco I had no problems with my internet before this outage - it’s been power cycled and factory reset. When it comes back up there is no wifi or telephone light. If the resolution was to FR it should already work.

Were you able to put in place back up plans so that your web page and call center don’t get locked out like they did today during this large outage? Thanks

nic (@churchill_girl) reported@cogeco Rebooted it yesterday when we had issues. Rebooted it twice today. Using the excuse there are more people working from home and it causes delays is baloney. We pay for a service — provide it or adjust your rates to reflect the service you CAN provide.

Dee Evans (@DeputyDawg95) reported@cogeco Spoke with tech support at 615 pm & 930 pm as MSNBC is not coming up. Each time we were promised the issue would be resolved within 15 minutes. Channel still not coming thru and now we have to sit on hold for at least another hour waiting for tech support. Brutal
