    @cogecohelps unbelievably bad service- even worse than your usual uncaring support staff. I can not tell you how much I regret switching back to Cogeco. I thought in the 15 years I was with Bell things would have improved. Apparently not. I’m switching back.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco It is not the point cogeco the fact I am paying way to much for services that are problematic I have had bad service for 1 or 2 yrs and this is adding to the anger

    @cogeco Service is out AGAIN. And then you disconnect your phone line while not putting out an official update on this feed. This is the single worker displace of customer service I’ve ever seen. Get your act together. Cc @cogecohelps

    @Bell_Support Wanna just buy Cogeco instead of buying out contracts? At least your internet doesn’t go down 24/7. Tell your bosses to PLEASE buy Cogeco so I don’t lose out on YourTV Niagara.
