@cogecohelps to all of you for your support & help lately as at 5:15 our Cogeco TV Internet, home Phone &WiFi are all back working. Thanks to a COGECO technician who knew what he was doing. Fixed the issue right away. The brand new cable laid 12 Sept had TWO FAULTY ends. THANKS

After tonight’s @cogeco outage for five hours and counting, it’s clear their service is very vulnerable. The @Bell fibre internet lines are being installed in my neighbourhood now and if the pricing is good, switching might be a smart idea.

@cogecohelps once again i am experiencing wifi outtages. I am new to Cogeco, after leaving Bell, but I am so far NOT impressed with the service. Once again epico not working. Have to consistently restart the system, wifi always dropping out. Terrible.

@lambk @cogeco It is now my goal to spread and reply to everyone on twitter just how bad Cogecos service are and to stay away. Far away from this "internet provider"

@LloydOsten I think it's both. I've watched, and when it kicks me out, it's not due to signal strength. Wifi can be bad here (Cogeco), so it's another annoyance.

@cogeco sorry but really bad customer support, my internet is very slow since 9:45am but when I called tech support(Wayne), I have been told to wait till Thursday afternoon for tech person appointment. It’s worse than Canadian healthcare

@cogecohelps @Ladybirdhustles They will just send rhis reply and then nothing will change. Not sure why anyone would sifn up to this absolute horrid service. Try working from home on Cogeco. It is legit not possible. Bell cuts out like twice a year. Cogeco is 5 plus times a day easily
