    @CraveHelp Crave is so unstable on the Cogeco Epico device it’s unusable. So far Prime & Disney+ have no issues. Is there an update coming to address?

    @cogecohelps Over the past 3 weeks, I have had 3s-6s Page load times on a 1gbps subscription. Switching to google's DNS made these pages load instantly. I realize this is not your fault, but please get someone to fix Cogeco's DNS. My LTE mobile hotspot loads pages faster.

    @cogecohelps The guide is usually wrong about info on a lot of movies and spelling errors but we love the ID CHANNEL and like to bookmark a head but we can't do this because it's showing shows for a another channel cogeco guide needs help with whoever is in charge

    @Bell_Support I recently switched to Bell Fibe for TV and internet from Satellite and Cogeco internet, It could be the worst mistake I may have made for entertainment and communications. Internet is fine but it’s been nothing but issues with the PVR receivers since installation.

    @cogeco are we experiencing outages? My internet is not working at all and before you ask me to unplug it and try to reset it, I’ve done that.
