    @cogeco there seems to be an outage in Kingsville. Your site has no information. Can you please get back to your customers with an answer. Been on hold for an hour already

    @AlfredShamaon @cogeco Lucky!!!! Nothing here. Just spent an hour on hold for someone to tell us their aware of the outage and it won't be back until 4:30am. Funny how they know about the outage but their site says other wise.

    @NavdeepSBains NAVDEEP BAINS with his silence is showing his support for big carriers like ROGERS AND BELL AND COGECO, continuing to make billions of dollars in profits, instead of supporting smaller business and carriers like COEXTRO and their employees and customers.

    @cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.

    @cogeco your service is terrible. Your tech disconnected my service while working on a neighbours house... Heading in to day 2 waiting for repair. Makes online school quite a challenge. Guess it’s time to call @bell.
