  @PaulChato @cogeco Are there any features that can help? I work for a telecom although not the one you're talking about and Call Control will work if this is automated. If it's not, if it's literally a crazy person, it's a lot harder :/

  @cogeco @cogecohelps still no internet access in Crystal Beach , Cogeco unwilling to provide any update / status or timeline. The level of service is terrible and frankly unacceptable !!!!!

  And the Crave app suddenly won’t load on the EPICO box either - which I pay for as part of my Cogeco package. I miss my TiVo boxes. Wish I hadn’t switched to EPICO, it’s been issues with these boxes from the start. I’ve been staring at the crave loading screen for 5 minutes now

  @etchao Hi, Eric. The 'Hydro Related - Plant On' outage means there's currently no power in the neighbourhood where our plant is; so we cannot distribute Cogeco services. If the ETA is always one-hour-out, it means the hydro company has not provided us an ETA to pass along as-of-yet.

  @trav_mitch @cogeco Doesn’t help when you have hundreds of calls 5 min apart. Then it’s just the endless ringing that drives you nuts.

  Internet went out n I got an automated text from the service provider @cogeco advising this, a bit later another text said all was working. That's service and I appreciate it. Also a special mention to Cole at #cogec sup for responding to my earlier DM on this 🐦 app

  @CTVLondon A TV Cogeco rep called 911 on me when I was returning a cable box. For no reason. She had attitude problems. Plus its Windsor and I'm Chinese. They do that here.

  @jkghuman @cogeco We’re having the same experience. Cogeco website says the issue is been resolved in our area but we still don’t have internet. I’m now actively exploring other providers.

  @thevivafrei You should never listen to CJAD or Cogeco media. Those are poison.
