@cogecohelps I’d rather spend my time shopping around for a new provider than waste anymore time talking to Cogeco just to have the same terrible service.

yup..I called it..landlord sueing Cogeco for drilling that small hole w/o consent..what a total pos this guy is!! hope L&TB takes this b.s into consideration of what a total ******* he is!!

The most infuriating thing about @cogeco's EPICO service-- or, more accurately, its device-- is that it CONSTANTLY keeps not just dropping its internet connection but randomly and inexplicably (and often!) "disabling" it with no discernible way to fix it. It's a clusterf*ck.
