    @cogeco I have a problem. I spent the last 50 minutes dancing through your menu system trying to fix my internet. I can't get hold of a actual person to resolve the issue after using the self help portion. I want to talk to an actual human!

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @cogeco Epico is the worst technology I have ever encountered. The solution to problems is to restart or replace the unit. It’s time you admitted its failure and replace with something better.

    @NoSleevesGaming @cogeco Is this loyalty savings with Cogeco? Tried Cogeco for a week, but it was a horrible experience. Stock market fluctuations in connection minimum 23+ network performance.
