@startca My service has been out for 12 hours yet my sister in law, 2 streets over is working perfectly fine. I keep getting the run around oh its cogeco ... not sure ... hmm that's weird we will send a new modem at some point but please keep paying to not use our services .... do better!

@TorontoStar With @cogeco and pay like $130 a month for 1GB download which sounds fantastic but only really get 100 MBs tops. That would be bad as is but ontop of that there are constant weekly outages it's just another big company lying and stealing.

Shout out to @cogeco making things right. Been having internet issues and they just upgraded my internet to 3 times the current speed for 50 dollars less cause we’ve had loyalty for so long.
