@cogecohelps Uh, I don’t have an account. I’m not a Cogeco customer. Not sure how you will resolve digging up the middle of my lawn to run cable to someone’s house but would love some sort of actual response (and let me know what the deal is with that styrofoam stuff).

Cogeco has got to be one of the worst for customer service and following through on issues they are so lucky that I’m too cheap to go to Rogers

Glad @cogeco finally removed the cable from above my yard, but weird that they would run it across my yard instead of investing in a couple more feet of cable to run it to their actual customer’s yard and up. Plus, what is this stuff in there, styrofoam? Weird.

@bigpillowcasee It's the access point. The access point turns the internet into wifi. The one Cogeco gives you is hot garbage, the quickest way to fix ****** wifi is to replace the access point.

@IBeatUpCakes @itsmikemade @cogecohelps If you check downdetector dot ca and reddit posts its a ton of ppl in Ontario and northeast and mostly Cogeco customers, so its related to a problem at a data center? Either way I don't think its a modem issue.
