-
Pyrah 🔥🐉 (@PyrahTV) reported@cogeco I have an old email thru your service that I'd love to try to access again (seeing as it's tied to my Google acc.). I honestly don't know how old I was when the account was created; let alone the password for it. If you could DM me that'd be fantastic!

Valerie Davies (@vdavies65) reported@WhigStandard Wondee why they do not say exactly what is happening. Twice this week. Would it have to do with hacking? Perhaps related to the American buyout of Cogeco which Cogeco have turned down twice now? Usually outages are explained. Very puzzling.

PatDeline2 (@Deline2Pat) reported@ToddSmithPC @EOWC_ON @EORN_CA It is pathetic so help is much needed. We have Xplornet...they promised to upgrade their tower, it’s over crowded, still have not upgraded and still say “it’s coming”. Our internet is so unreliable and you don’t get near why you pay for. Bell won’t put up anymore towers...cogeco
-
Tommy (@tomgervais67) reported@jeff_beairsto @cogeco Bell is good, no issues here.
-
Nic Chambers (@nchambers3) reported@cogeco Still not working, 6 hours after this was posted. I am in southern Ontario, Burlington. When will this be fixed?
-
Christine Leyland (@christineleylan) reported@cogeco @cogecohelps Out again for the third time today - any info on when you will be out. Do we charge you for the data and hotspot that my husband, 2 kids and I have had to utilize to continue to work? We are still expected to work even when Cogeco has issues. 3x in 1 day seems like a big issue

Drew Wallner (@trackofalljades) reported@erinpepler @cogeco If we treated education as a critical service, the teachers would have the support, infrastructure, and training to make this irrelevant...it’s absurd that we have them using residential class broadband for work. Cogeco’s business customers had zero downtime this week.
