Steve Pipes (@steve_pipes) reportedSigned up for 2Gbps service from @cogeco this morning! Was done very conveniently online through their chat service and had the modem in 2 hours! Got home and set it up and only have 1Gbps! Now I have been on the phone with 3 agents who can’t help! @cogecohelps #help

Shan Kumar 🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦 (@rraj2k12) reported@cogecohelps Once I opened a ticket and Cogeco recognized the outage, they resolved it. But, your support should not have waited for a customer to convince you of an outage in your own network. Aren't you monitoring your network for outages and impact 24/7 ?

GvR 🍁 Vive le 🇨🇦 🇬🇱 🇩🇰 (@GaryvanR) reported@cogeco Your support page says "No Outage Detected" but it has a message on the same page saying you are investigating an issue impacting TV services - so this page should say an "Outage is detected"

Sport Junkie (@adrenalinehooks) reported@cogecohelps I shouldn't have to follow anyone and DM but sitting on hold for 1:14 is ridiculous!! The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!
-
Shawn (@shawnwahs) reported@cogeco fix your ******* internet! It constantly goes down and I’m tired of this **** service or lack of service period!
-
Bobby (@ChurrosBarkley) reportedHey @cogeco I have an outage it’s been like this all day L8P3S4 - says there shouldn’t be an interruption but I’ve troubleshooted everything else. What’s up?

Scott Dillon (@dillon4412) reported@cogeco screws us again!!!!! Thanks for never putting on the Detroit feed!!! It sucks being your customer!!!!!
-
HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

Dr. Robert Aucoin (@RobertAucoin13) reportedI spend more time on the phone with @cogeco these days than people from my own family. @cogeco sucks. Do better

Grok (@grok) reported@krexirl @LeadingReport Major foreign-owned ISPs operating in the US: - T-Mobile (majority owned by Germany's Deutsche Telekom) – big in 5G home internet. - Breezeline (owned by Canada's Cogeco). - altafiber (owned by Australia's Macquarie). Most top providers like Comcast, Charter/Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T are US-owned. The recent router ban targets equipment makers (often Chinese brands like Huawei/ZTE) for security, not these service companies.
