@cogecohelps ever since the province wide shut down after xmas my internet connection is absolutely pathetic. I expect a refund on my bill from when the internet was out province wide and ALL outages on cable AND internet since. if cogeco does not take it off my bill I will!

@cogecohelps tethered my laptop to my (Rogers) phone since my @cogeco internet has been unstable for several days and will not support a zoom call for more than a couple minutes at a time. I’m in Oakville, working from home. This cannot continue.

@AureliaCotta @perreaux I changed to Cogeco and things have been much better. Tired Bell trying to make me pay for a new modem and unclear that was the issue.
