    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps, everyone seems to have their service back in Niagara except me? TV out, wifi working. Is maintenance still happening in Fort Erie, a heads up to customers would have been nice!

    @Niagara_411 Left them 5 months ago and it was the best move ever! Cogeco is terrible esp in bad weather and the CSR’s not all but most don’t help or want to help. They don’t communicate within the company to make sure the customer is taken care of. They just want your money. @cogeco

    @cogecohelps @cogeco After holding FOREVER nothing got resolved. I switched from Bell to Cogeco so I WOULDN'T have these problems yet here we are! I pay a FORTUNE per month for this cable service & have had NOTHING but problems for the 30 days. No I have not fixed or resolved ANYTHING! 1/2
