@cogeco been on customer service cll fr 30 mins, an agent talked to me fr mere 1 minute, got the basic info, put me on hold, i hv d system apologizing every minute or so. This is fuckd up ! Hire more ****** ppl so our problems cn b sorted without waiting so much. I hv a lif

@cogecohelps Thank you Cogeco for the quick response. I've been escalating this with @Nexicom all week. I'll give them to the end of the day. Please DM me with your best ISP offer to maybe sweeten my deal when I decide to cancel my install this afternoon if I don't hear from Nexicom.

@cogeco @cogecohelps The outage is ONLY to MY HOUSE. AGAIN! This is extremely UNACCEPTABLE. The technicians say EVERYONE is back online EXCEPT ME. This happened LAST MONTH. It's NETWORK INTERFERENCE. I CANT WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS FOR YOU TO FIX IT. I NEED MY SERVICE NOW.

I signed up with @cogecohelps @cogeco fibre and the CSR was delightful & guaranteed instal at a specific time and date over the long weekend! That's what I call customer service. Fingers crossed. Sorry @Nexicom if an order from Sept 5 can't be fulfilled there's something wrong.
