@cogeco I can't believe you have scheduled a 6 hour shutdown for maintenance. In the 25 plus years of being a customer, I have never experienced a 6 hour maintenance outage.

And no internet. Because the techs didnt bother coming out. Now waiting until Tuesday. I may have to cancel all the rescheduled and saturday nov 12 interviews thanks to #cogeco techs not doing what they were scheduled for.

He said hello and began to talk and I waited for a break before I interjected and said, “Let me stop you right there. There is no way I’m ever going back to Cogeco.” He asked me why. I said, “Because the service is garbage.” He kinda chuckled and said, “well we’ve improved.”

@cogeco I bought a linksys router connected it to your ****** one configured the back door 500 megabits where the pods got me single digits your pods are garbage if one has to configure and configure it’s bullshit!

@cogecohelps @Wender_25 How about Cogeco reaching out to me? Everyday epico freezes, remote often doesn’t fully function yes with fresh batteries. It’s just a bad product.
