Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

Your site and calling are no help, the outage is blamed on power outages but power has mostly been restored our neighbours with Bell have had their internet back for days but we don’t.

MJW (@321MW321) reported@cogeco I’ve had your EPICO service now for a month. Multiple times throughout the day all internet and tv goes down. Often for only a couple minutes but let’s be clear this is a major issue. Tired of hearing my kids and wife let me know every time it happens daily.!

Bandwidth drops. 24/7 , 365. Going on for over 2 years now. I will keep this up until I fee I am getting the cable service they sold me. Cogeco sucks
