September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Was stuck with "Melissa" today. -tve attitude as soon as she answered phone.

Justin (@justincooke182) reported@constanzapool @cogeco No extra cost. Think of it like using Google's "phonebook" to translate addresses rather than Cogeco's. When the outage is resolved, I would switch it back to the previous state but there's also no harm in continuing to use Google's DNS servers (or any other DNS servers).

Everyone here is saying they have constant problems...they why are they still with #cogeco? There are other companies out there if this ones not working out.

Crista (@EspertaCanada) reported@cogeco Mine goes out daily and they can’t be bothered to fix it properly. I’m really not surprised. 2 kids doing online schooling and I work from home. Can’t wait till someone else is in my area. I’d pay more just have stable internet.
