    @TweeetLorraine @cogeco I dumped them for Nexicom for the same reason. There was a sagging line across my backyard, they denied it was theirs claimed it was Bell’s. After weeks back and forth with both of them, I cut the damn thing. Gee, guess it was theirs after all.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thank you! Still doesn't work. When I sign in I get the message that my subscriptions have expired. I'm pretty sure they haven't!

    @cogecohelps @TekSavvyCSR so do I still pay for my 'service' today. At least once a month we lose service because of Cogeco...if I wanted to put up with this I would have signed up directly with Cogeco

    @cogecohelps Is there an outage in Parry Sound? Internet down again, as usual. Most unreliable internet I've ever had, monopoly for cogeco here forced to pay for garbage service. @Rogers PLEASE come to parry sound

    @Xplornet outage. Again. We just turned it back on and it’s out again. No reliability. No customer service. I guess we just wait for cogeco

    @cogeco are there charges to have wireless modem moved? Need to improve wifi upstairs. Also have old plan (ultra fibe 40) would changing to ultra fibe 90 improve internet usage. With zoom meetings now sort of slow 😷
