@TweeetLorraine @cogeco I dumped them for Nexicom for the same reason. There was a sagging line across my backyard, they denied it was theirs claimed it was Bell’s. After weeks back and forth with both of them, I cut the damn thing. Gee, guess it was theirs after all.

@JamesConnor1999 @cogeco Are you aware the reports of hurricane force winds? With trees and poles broken and uprooted? No tornadoes but hundreds of downbursts, which causes the same type of damage.

  • TylerClouthier Tyler Clouthier (@TylerClouthier) reported

@cogeco I have been checking your outage page that defaults to an hour longer from the time the page loads, now its 404 after telling me my outage was resolved, Cogeco wtf you doin baby?

  • elkehckngbttm Elke Hickingbottom (@elkehckngbttm) reported

@cogecohelps That link is useless. It is on an automatic time update. If it were accurate I would have had my service back yesterday! @cogeco

  • elkehckngbttm Elke Hickingbottom (@elkehckngbttm) reported

@cogeco This is ridiculous! Have had power since Saturday! Still no internet and cable for L7G! What are you even doing? You guys are a joke. Bell fibe service has been virtually uninterrupted. Will be switching asap.

  • kmactav 𝒌evin 𝒎𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒂𝒗ish (@kmactav) reported

I couldn't resist. Checked @cogeco again at 8:31 am. It says the outage will be resolved at 9:31 am. It's good to know they are making progress.

@cogeco Your website says my outage has been resolved - and it has not. It’s been almost an entire day now and my power didn’t even go out.

  • bmillarjr Bill Millar (@bmillarjr) reported

@cogeco Finally back online after nearly 24hrs without service and without meaningful updates. But, thank you.

  • InstantGrudge Dennis Forbes 🇨🇦 (@InstantGrudge) reported

@cogeco Why does your outage tool keep marking it as resolved, then adding a “new” outage. This is classic metric manipulation.

  • WeedStreet420 WeedStreet420 (@WeedStreet420) reported

@GoBlueCdn @cogeco @cogecohelps I have the same ****, I've never seen anything as buggy and slow as Epico, I hate everything about it. Android TV was a great idea but the hardware sucks. Keeps crashing and restarting multiple times every day.

  • kmactav 𝒌evin 𝒎𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒂𝒗ish (@kmactav) reported

Why is it that every time I check with @cogeco about my internet outage, the website tells me that they expect the problem will be resolved in *exactly* 60 minutes. 3x this morning. Now that I know this I won't need to check. It'll be fixed in 60 minutes, regardless when I ask.
