@TweeetLorraine @cogeco I dumped them for Nexicom for the same reason. There was a sagging line across my backyard, they denied it was theirs claimed it was Bell’s. After weeks back and forth with both of them, I cut the damn thing. Gee, guess it was theirs after all.

@cogecohelps @cogeco your internet server is down, for about the 5th time in this short year so far. I’d appreciate if there was a number or clear way to report an outage as the website is useless & confusing to navigate, & it seems nearly impossible to contact customer support

@dmrider As good a time as any to point out that Toronto Hydro owned a fibre network that was sold to Cogeco back in the late 2000s.

@cogeco One time they put a zip tie on it to lock it. Lasted 2 days lol. Glad i switched to bell fibe after that came into my area. We have 3 people in our complex that still has cogeco all the rest went to bell fibe and haven't looked back. Way better service on bell.

@cogeco Here in Kingston the boxes are always open. You call to let them know you are having drops in service and tell them a box is open outside your home that you know feeds your house and 3 weeks later they show to close the box. Probably someone fed up with disconnects all the time.
