  @cogecohelps cogeco lied from start. Lieds into the worst cable we have ever experienced. We were happier with bell but got sucked in by your criminal sales crook who promised us only the best for a life time fee. BS. First there was no synchronization between the pic and the sound then

  @cogecohelps Now your system just drops the line whenever it wants and I have to find the channel and put it back on. COGECO cost us over $1000 in virus's and down time switching equipment around. COGECO SUCS

  @cogeco you don't have a phone number anymore for technical support? It has been a week I have rebooted the modem three times. I am paying for one gigabyte per second service, but the damn thing is not working at all. It just keeps on stalling all the time.

  @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!
