Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

In 2 years cogeco has not shown one show ore movie that has not ****** up, had bad sync or just dropped from the system. Waching cogeco is like pulling teeth. We were happier with bell but got sucked in by your criminal sales crook who promised us only the best for a life time fee. BS. First there was no synchronization between the pic and the sound then

I'm keeping an eye on her, checking on her regularily. This should never happen. We aren't in a war zone, a Corp. must always have back-up.
