@cogecohelps @cogeco The phone message stated the outage is affecting multiple neighborhoods in oakville, I assumed that was major. How small is the outage?

@cogecohelps Not unusual at all in my experience. Thank god for Cbc streaming it without requiring the authentication from Cogeco like sportsnet does. When the message indicated it's a problem on your end I shouldn't need to call tech support.

@chich_ma @cogecohelps Sometimes downdetector is wrong :( I just wish cogeco would create some outage map like the hydro companies do. Or at least tweet about areas with outages.

@cogeco That really happen often. Kids can’t follow their online class and. Home phone line not working as well. Security issues for my kids. So I need to stay home.

Also, Cogeco gave me my $200 plan for $120 since I was trying to cancel/downgrade my services. So this WHOLE TIME I was just paying them extra for fun?! Smh. Thankful regardless.

when cogeco doesn’t send the HDMI cord that is “enclosed” in the package- there goes $10 and waiting a week to get it since Ontario is still locked down
