    Do NOT, under ANY circumstances, use @cogeco mobile. Never (and with the state of Canada's telecom industry this is saying something) have I ever seen a more disorganized, complete MESS of a company. Impossible to deal with, terrible hours and their system is AWFUL.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco You admit to a new cellular customer your service is problematic atm and won’t change anytime soon in regards to coverage etc but won’t give me a months credit for absolutely bargain basement service after 4 agents and 45 minutes on hold? #cogecomobile

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
