    Another let down by @cogeco @cogecohelps. 45 minutes waiting on chat with technical help and I finally gave up. I had to contact @cogeco last week because of issues. I guess it's normal to have to unplug the Epico box everyday to make it work.

    @samomada @cogeco @cogecohelps I don’t understand how they think they can charge me $200 a month for my service. I am paying real money for this is. The LAST thing I should even think about is my cable going out. Its 2025 for Christs sake

    @cogeco WORST TV/INTERNET EVER… they should not be allowed in the business… I lose internet EVERY DAY… yes every single day and usually more than 1x

    @cogeco are nothing but thieving scumbags. Pay top dollar for service that I don't receive. No technical support, if there's an issue I have to do the troubleshooting. I don't get paid to do that.

    Yup, typical expectations from @cogeco. Outage since Nov 1 and STILL without service. Coming from someone who works in the field, Cogeco continues to prove how they are incapable of supporting their own services. Im done with them and will be canceling.
