    Another power outage in Hamilton. Area Robinson and James st. Getting so fed up with these outages.If its not Hydro its Cogeco . This has been going on for months. I know today is bad snow but its a pain.

    Online Cogeco app has always been terrible. Half the channels can’t be streamed on my phone or computer, lots of events can only be streamed while I am on my own wifi which defeats the purpose.....2/

    @cogeco Why bother? It's just going to freeze and cut out anyway just like every other channel. Cogeco sucks. Get your **** together.

    @FannypackM @drainvillepm @PKP_Qc Haha! Sorry but it is the best service. Had it for 25 years and now I dont because I moved in the country in Bell land (****) now with Cogeco. You are just saying ****. You look dumb.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco . I will not complain about techs or even the agents, they try their best. But as an institution, Indescribably bad customer service is where you stand. Get my bill sorted out!

    @cogecohelps Why? I called your company last night just to figure whats going on and all i got was a run around, im coming up on 3 days with the internet from cogeco down and noone knows anything

    Good thing I’m not working and the high schooler’s class is done because Cogeco is having issues again.
