Not impressed w/ @cogeco. I get that there are a ton of service calls but don’t BS me that our service has been restored and it MUST be a problem w/ my house specifically when there are still downed lines lying all over my neighbours yards. A-holes.

Just got a power ETA for east city of Wednesday night 11 pm. Glad we have the baby generator but waiting for Cogeco or Bell service. #ptbo

@cogecohelps @KiloAlpha11 I mean sure, but since a couple other ISPs are fine, and 40-65% of the city has power - fair to ask why Rogers doesn't have to wait on an update from (a non-existant) entity called Peterborough Hydro, but Cogeco does, no? I couldn't resist. Checked @cogeco again at 8:31 am. It says the outage will be resolved at 9:31 am. It's good to know they are making progress.

Hello @cogecohelps @cogeco my wifi was down at 2pm today and still isn’t back up but the website says no outages in my area. I’m in north end Peterborough ON. What’s going on? I also tried re starting my router and nothing .
