I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄

When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.

Therese (@theresemacdona6) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for
