Another let down by @cogeco @cogecohelps. 45 minutes waiting on chat with technical help and I finally gave up. I had to contact @cogeco last week because of issues. I guess it's normal to have to unplug the Epico box everyday to make it work.

Yup, typical expectations from @cogeco. Outage since Nov 1 and STILL without service. Coming from someone who works in the field, Cogeco continues to prove how they are incapable of supporting their own services. Im done with them and will be canceling.
