    @cogeco Our internet is not working for the 3rd time in 1 week. What is going on? Is there an underlying issue you need to fix because this is unacceptable.

    @cogeco Paying for a Gig service and still getting 16-18MB, what a joke. There is an outage or work going on every day. When does this become unacceptable?

    @leicester_nell @cogeco You could also refuse to pay them until you’re credited for all of the outages and service downtime. No service provided, no payment.

    @KevinCeli1 @cogeco We switched from bell about 18 months ago for the savings of over $100 a month . Bell had no service issues . Now we need decent internet for the kids schooling . Might have to switch back .
