RealStevenJames (@RealStevieJames) reported@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

KNugent4118 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@KNugent4118) reported@ClunekMarika @Rogers @RogersHelps Unfortunately we don't have Cogeco available in our area. Damn monopoly.
-
Paul Robinson (@robinson_p_g) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco I tried calling for hours on the weekend to inquire about my rate on my account. Your IVR is purposefully obfuscating the ability to reach an agent. How am I supposed to get help?

Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan For 1Gbs internet with Bell my family was at one point being quoted 112$ ans that was in the full bundle. Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands

CARTY CARTY (@deliaflower1) reported@cogecohelps Wish I could tell you Sandra but as Cogeco has not still got the issue of Motorola compatibility sorted... I'm on the outside looking in!
-
The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported@cogecohelps Guests asking for their own cart in a full service hotel is definitely at the top of the list. When you're on vacation you're supposed to avoid physical labour - but these people don't get it, and they have a hissy fit. #Cogeco

Devyn Farrugia (@devynfarrugia) reported@cogeco Is the service as bad as your internet?
-
Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan eBox you can get Bell 1Gbs service for about 40$ just not backed by the same support Bell offers. Multiple other loval brands piggy back the Cogeco line due to laws and undercut them, again with worse service. Rogers is practically a none option their service sucks so often
