You said you fixed it when I called, but it worked for a whole ten minutes. Resetting doesn't work. Cogeco I'm Sick of losing internet connection.

I use 'i wanna quit' to get deals off current sub. Person cant do a thing, they send you to other dept, and boom, 'newcomer price!'

McMaster UTS (@McMasterUTS) reported@McMasterUTS is advising of an outage with the Cogeco network switch that is causing loss of connectivity with some of @McMasterU remote sites. Sites impacted: 96, 106 and 88 Forsyth, and Canadian Martyrs school. Cogeco is working to resolve the issue. Will update once resolved.
