    @CindiRensburg @cogeco Glad to know it isn't just us. Recordings are fine as well as using apps. Regular channels is total garbage tonight. I had "update" notifications on my box for Epico snd the remote. Nothing has improved.

    @cogecohelps @NikkiC1245 @cogeco I have and I get the same answers each time. Unplug the modem… the service I’m paying for should work without me having to reset everything regularly. If Cogeco can’t provide the service then they need to compensate when I’m paying for said service.

    @cogeco is having problems delivering the @Jays game to customers. Is that not what regular cable is for? Big fail.

    @cogeco What if you have to do this almost everyday. Would you say that is a quality product? Refund Oct, and fix epico. That package hasn’t worked in 2 plus yrs. It’s garbage. Time to cancel Cogeco.

    @cogecohelps @misterleggett @cogeco It happens constantly day and night!!! If you haven't fixed it in two years, how are we to beleive you can fix it now? Please don't insult your customers trying to defend your inferior service.

    @cogeco just letting you know im stoping my service from you as will my entire family. As you cannot provide a reliable service thay stays on more then a month. I pay good money for garbage internet service thats as reliable as dial-up from 20 years ago. Good bye forever.
