    @FortmanM @cogeco @cogecohelps We live in Grimsby as well. Service out. To be very fair here, nothing new for us here. We had TiVo and it was decent. Switched to Epico and it goes out almost every day. Mostly short periods, but it’s the norm. I have mentioned that it stinks haha. 30 plus yr customer.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps There is a problem, you acknowledge the problem but when you go to outages for our postal code we get a green check mark - genius.

    @deliaflower1 @cogeco @cogecohelps That’d be a real apology. We appreciate the apology but sorry isn’t paying the bills. Currency pays for bills. Cogeco requires currency to maintain service, but when service isn’t maintained…

    @cogeco the WORST most useless provider of TV and Internet services ever … DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES if you have the option … internet outages every day .. yes every single day and not one of the boxes doesn’t work and no one in technical supports picked up the phone ..

    @cogeco It is ridiculous the number of problems we have with Cogeco. Will be waiting for a credit for this (and it better be good) or else we’re going to find another provider
