Two main players is still a part practical monopoly. Even to allow one of the big org from the USA into the Canadian market would go a long way to resetting it

Denise HigenellAllen (@deniseh78) reported@cogecohelps the internet in our area is absolutely terrible. Cogeco needs to fix the service in this area before all of us leaves for a better provider. It cuts in and out so much we have had to up the data on our cellphones.
