@cogeco is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I spoke to two agents who were supposed to handle my account and didn’t. Then they’re closed for the weekend and you can’t speak to anybody after 9 but they definitely accept payments after 9 🙃 can’t use my 200/month services

So @Bell @cogeco (and I assume @Rogers) all charge customers for a receiver, but you can't use their TB service without the receiver. 🤔 Meanwhile, to watch any of the streaming services like Netflix or Disney, I don't any additional receiver.

@cogeco how are people calling my home phone number and asking for me by name, yet we've never shared our number to anyone bc it's only for emergencies
