    @cogeco I have been trying to get service hooked up since Sept 1st. Scheduled the service almost a month in advance. Still no service. I am an independent contractor who works online. I have now been on hold and transferred 2x today, ON the phone for 46min and counting.

    @cogecohelps I did. They said YOU are going to be there before 5 EST today. It’s 4:18 and no one in sight. I can’t yell at them b/c they use your lines and therefore HAVE TO rely on YOUR techs for the outside wiring. We don’t use cogeco anymore because of your horrible Cx serv.

    If you want your sanity, never use any of @cogeco services under any circumstances. Haven’t had internet for a week due to their complete lack of common sense and customer service. Yo @bell do you know how to install internet at someone’s house in under a week?

    @jodim2019 Just got a notice from Cogeco informing me that my basic service will be going up by $30 on November 1. Time to cancel. But then they will charge me the same price for internet service alone. Screwed!

    @cogecohelps This has been done. Each time they issue a ticket!!!!!!! I need a resolution to the error Cogeco made......i need a time frame. I have 3 tickets on file and its been one month. #cogeco. @cogecohelps @cogeco
