@cogeco I've about had it with my internet cutting out every day around this time! I've asked for a new modem & a technician came down with one yet never installed it & after he left I've had tons of issues! I'm a streamer & need my net on AT ALL TIMES! Paying $200 for this is 💩

@cogeco Obviously your weekend staff are high school students who know absolutely nothing about how to fix the problem .Why wouldn't you have called in the tech to fix it before Monday morning came ......Oh i see he was at the Toronto vs Buffalo game and got waisted

@cogecohelps This should have been done by Cogeco automatically, without customers having to request individually .!! Daylight savings switch is nothing new .. Why wasn’t this done like other service providers ..???

@cogecohelps @cogeco Funny i get this post after spending a half hour on the phone with loyalty/ customer retention .. Teksavvy provides superior service for cheaper prices ... Can't wait for the Cogeco signal to go out on Thursday #Cogeco won't be wasting my money anymore
