@cogeco @TekSavvyCSR Having internet problems. We have Teksavvy as provider through Cogeco lines. Cogeco guy tells us a problem with line to our house and they will email when they can fix it. Seems like 8 to 12 week to fix a service we pay for. Unacceptable.Shame Cogeco/Teksavvy

@cogeco @cogecohelps @Bell To anyone using Cogeco internet and actually paying for it. Do yourself a favor and contact Bell for Fibe, if it's available in your area. Bell Fibe is night and day better! They will easily beat Cogeco price & service!

@cogecohelps Will never use another Cogeco service again. This is how they treat someone right after losing a parent. I would not be a proud employee working at a place like this.

Second @Cogeco Internet outage of the day, and it’s not even 9am yet. I’ve reset my modem multiple times. With 2 people working from home, this is more than just an inconvenience.
