    @Cogeco your Epico system is down again. I've been a customer for 6 weeks and this is absolutely unacceptable. At least have the integrity to explain what is wrong and what Cogeco is doing to correct this continuous service drops. I think I should have stayed with Bell

    Cogeco went down for live TV at 4pm. Estimated time of being fixed is after 8pm. Thank God my box ia an android so I have the sportsnet app. I hope no one else has this issue tonight. Leafs nation would go nuts.

    @SarahKProctor2 @Living4_Today @cogeco I recently switched from Bell. What a mistake. Plus the epico app doesn't allow me to watch from outside my own home which sucks whereas with BellFibe I could watch from anywhere

    @cogeco At the very least give us an ETA. At what point are we given credits on our accounts for a service we continue to pay for yet feel relieved when it actually works?

    @startca I just Spoke with a tech, not seeing any issues but is submitting a ticket to @cogeco ; not sure if work is being done in the area or not.

    @cogecohelps . Been on the phone waiting for a tech for over 40 min. Let's go. I also received a new tivo 4k box or I should say used. I cannot see my used box on My Cogeco. The old broken one is still there, so I can't even self install. You should also have a call back option.

    @cogecohelps i need an emergency help. I moved to a new house today and my internet is not working. I called Cogeco about my move 2 to 3 weeks back and @cogeco mentioned that bo technician is needed. It’s just plug and play. Here I am, no internet and no technician available.

    @cogeco Once again another Cogeco Epico failure!! 17 hrs last week no internet/tv, at least 3 hours yesterday morning no tv and now again at least 3hrs (so far and counting) no tv. Was on chat, and I have been offered the pleasure of paying $75 to cancel my garbage service!!!

    @cogeco is down in the Hamilton area. That's neat. Would be suuuupppeeeerrrrrr cool if ya'll could fix this.
