    Anyone else feel like they are getting screwed by Cogeco these days? Terrible connectivity and charging way too much for their sub-par product.

    @cogeco We have experienced a couple of very minor inconveniences with the service, nothing real to mention of call in about, but I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR THE EMAIL YOU SENT IN REGARD TO IT...I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND APOLOGY. THANK YOU COGECO

    @cogeco Got an email from Matt Wickham today .Why aren’t customers getting a credit for the service disruptions? I’ve waited over a month for someone to grab my boxes ..still no call and you cut off my internet by accident over that.A credit would help us parents over a sorry!
