    @cogecohelps Once I opened a ticket and Cogeco recognized the outage, they resolved it. But, your support should not have waited for a customer to convince you of an outage in your own network. Aren't you monitoring your network for outages and impact 24/7 ?

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @MulbearA @CTVNews THIS THIS THIS @cogeco does the same thing. They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. No competition & the CRTC allows these deceitful ******* to get away with this ****.

    @cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco — you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my “promotion ended.” Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.
