    @cogeco by far the worst internet provider I've ever had to deal with in the last two days I've had to reset my modem six times and I've only had your services for a week this is just pathetic

    @adr yeah that would solve the problem with non-Bell/Rogers/Cogeco ISPs where you have to get one of *their* technicians to set things up, which predictably causes delays and "mistakes"

    @cogeco Count on cogeco to completely suck at resolving issues. This happens too often with cogeco, never with any other providers.
