    @cogeco Cogeco you are yo provide us customers with Service that we pay for. The Service in Windsor Ontario has be down 3 TIMES in the last 4 weeks. You have a serious problem protecting your customers for the services that we pay for. PROTECT YOUR EQUIPMENT AND PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMERS

    @cogeco Mine says resolved at 5:22, text received from Cogeco confirming it is resolved at 5:55. Now it is showing a new outage for my postal code ETR 9:18

    @cogeco Cogeco customer service definitely needs some improvement to customer care. You gave me a $2.00 discount of of my monthly bill for interrupted services that has happened 3 times in the past month. Bell or Rogers with give one month free for the inconvenience. You give 2 bucks.
