  @YYZ2YGK @cogeco Well...I don't think they chose it? I mean who knows I guess! But it's still not a good service. I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.

  @alancross Cogeco seems like the only provider having problems. Every other provider seems normal.

  @cogecohelps We have had very bad and sometimes no internet for the last month or more. Multiple calls to cogeco. We were told to change out the modem. We did that. Followed all cogeco instructions. Others on our street have had the same problems.

  @wallygator23 @cogecohelps @cogeco I understand problems happen that are out of their control, but it’s the lack of communication (down website, no costumer service) that gets to me because theyve had time to correct it since the last big outage!

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   Now I have to hard reboot the epico box to get the channel up/down on the remote to work. It never ends with your ****** equipment. Canceling my service when my contact is up. @cogeco
