    @JadahParadox @leahvallee @comcast It's a monopoly. That's what happens. Canada isn't different. Just got up here and spent 4 days escalating support tickets thru Cogeco to enable MSNBC which is in our package. I'm pretty sure it was off for all of Ontario. I should get royalties.

    @cogeco Is anyone else having trouble with the apps on TiVo? I keep getting error code V315. I've done everything to reset the box but still says error. Netflix, YouTube, Prime.

    @cogeco by far the worst internet provider I've ever had to deal with in the last two days I've had to reset my modem six times and I've only had your services for a week this is just pathetic
