    @cogecohelps Everyone I speak to from @cogeco says all the right things… then nothing happens. It actually said in the work order that 2 techs are required. One showed up. This is the 3rd time this exact problem has occurred.

    @Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

    @KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco You admit to a new cellular customer your service is problematic atm and won’t change anytime soon in regards to coverage etc but won’t give me a months credit for absolutely bargain basement service after 4 agents and 45 minutes on hold? #cogecomobile
