    Previewing second-quarter earnings season for Canadian telecommunications companies, Scotia Capital’s Maher Yaghi made these target changes: BCE Inc. (BCE-T +2.86% increase, “sector outperform”) to $39 from $41, Quebecor Inc. (QBR-B-T +1.08% increase, “sector perform”) to $63.50 from $58, Rogers Communications Inc.     @cogeco the power outage that was somehow somehow causing my internet to not work - has been resolved for over a hour now. My house never lost power to begin with. Why is the internet STILL not woking in my house?
