    @cogeco is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I spoke to two agents who were supposed to handle my account and didn’t. Then they’re closed for the weekend and you can’t speak to anybody after 9 but they definitely accept payments after 9 🙃 can’t use my 200/month services

    @cogeco do any of your employees know how to deal with your equipment that doesn't work. TIVO #4 its dying a slow death, your solution is wait hours maybe days and then take more of our own time to find a solution for you. You should stand behind your service and products. #fraud

    @CTVDrama Hey @CTVDrama was so disappointed my TIVo didn’t record my episodes of Handmaid’s Tale last night- nothing changed on on my onepass through cogeco - do you block recordings even though I subscribe ? First two episodes worked and cogeco customer service had no clue?

    So @Bell @cogeco (and I assume @Rogers) all charge customers for a receiver, but you can't use their TB service without the receiver. 🤔 Meanwhile, to watch any of the streaming services like Netflix or Disney, I don't any additional receiver.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco This isn't a handful of Isolated incidents. This is an issue that affects (at least) hundreds of customers. We've had multiple technicians look at the issues, and multiple routers installed. Nothing works. Clearly there is a larger problem with your epico devices.
