    @Allan_Gao12 @cogeco Cogeco customer service is piece of crap. I don't need to chat with AI, or listen for 10 minutes how to unplug the modem. When I need help, I need to talk to live pearson.     @Enna_Acssej @cogeco What kind of amateur organization shuts down their service for their entire eastern Ontario clientele? What kind of gong show are they running. I think I can dump them this year. Fingers crossed.

    What a crappy service it is. Calling customer service twice, and after listening each time for a while for useless suggestions, I heard: "Thank you for calling Cogeco ", and was disconnected twice. How disrespectful and rude it is. I'm done with Cogeco.
