    @Earthma27960017 @cogeco same here no problem getting power back but having a tough time getting cogeco back online. Other ppl I know as soon as there power was restored so was there cogeco no problems

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Totally! Another great feature would be to not text us everyday when your service is down while simultaneously sending invoices for that service.

    Hi @cogecohelps @cogeco, according to your reported outages section of your website, it states “no outage detected” in your area. However the internet is still out!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Is there any updated info on Peterborough service? Your website still says there is no outage at my address, but no amount of rebooting, unplugging/replugging will change the fact that there has been no service since Sat.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I've got some bad news for you guys, if your ONLY tech support answer is "have you restarted the modem?" when I've VERY ******* CLEARLY RESTARTED THE MODEM FOUR THOUSAND TIMES FROM THE 8000000 TIMES YOU'VE OFFERED IT AS YOUR ONLY RESPONSE that clearly is not the answer :).

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I was in a tech support chat for 15 minutes... 5 minutes of support 10 minutes of the person not saying or doing anything on the other end then my chat "got transferred" to nothing? (: I'm honestly just so tired of this ridiculous company and their trash support.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco on your reported outage section of your website, it states that no reported outages in my postal code however the internet is still out. Is this common?

    @BenjaminRispin Not sure why a hydro outage affects the cable service? There are things called generators that Cogeco could be using at their stations.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Totally. You should offer a “feature” where your server Chez don’t text me every other day saying your services are down. And when they’re down, another great “feature” would be to not send out bills to the people who don’t currently have service.
