@cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell I don’t understand how it is that you can’t send a technician to fix their mistake. I realize mistakes happen but what shows your ability to serve your customers is how you fix your mistakes.

@AlfredShamaon @cogeco It wouldn't be such an issue if Cogeco would report an outage since obviously there is one. If you look on their sites it still says no outage.

@outagedetect Easy money eh Cogeco. Charge an arm and a leg and not one of your services work. Smelling refund or I'm out. Customer service stinks on hold for hrs. Don't you know not to send people to bed angry.

@draglikepull If I'm in a line of sight roughly perpendicular to a wall, I can get about 10m into my yard. Wouldn't try streaming video unless within 3m though. But any angle past about 30* and concrete basement wall kills signal. Modem in basement bc Cogeco won't lay cable To new rooms.

@cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.
