    Right when I heard about @Fidomobile’s five monthly hours of free data I knew I would use it for porn I cannot STAND chasing that ******* but only to be thwarted by poor wifi signal

    @Fidomobile is the biggest cheater, Charged me $180 extra last month with promise to wave it and now again added $54 of extra chrg and did not even correct the last month's bill. Have spend over an hr with customer service they are apologetic but helpless #shame #dido #Cheater

    @Fidomobile hey! So a bad customer experience over the phone is what is going to push me to change providers! Agents interrupting while customers talking not a good way to start my morning.

    @Fidomobile got a response re the non functioning my fido app to activate the 5 bonus gb session - did both reinstall and made sure not on wifi, plus connected to fido network. i think it's much better if you don't insult your consumers' intelligence!! not only me, it's crap!

    @Fidomobile I haven’t received my bill for the cycle Aug 24 to Sept 24, 2021.. chatted and called multiple times at your support but haven’t got any resolution from last 10 days. Where is my bill??? How are you able to charge me without sending the bill over??

    @georgehuang_mrc @Fidomobile No provider would know how the data is being used, only that data was used. Privacy issues. Which app used the data should be measured by your phone. The providers only know total data used.

    Thanks @Fidomobile for NOT responding. I still have no Internet. Tried calling, waited an hour. When I tried another number the wait time was between 1hr 40 and 2hr 30. FANTASTIC customer service.

    @Fidomobile my device protection plan is increased without notify me and now I’m talking with customer care on live chat they are not giving proper answer only asking and confirming my email only. Every time when i talk with customer care i never get proper answer from your side.

    I'm very disappointed at @PurolatorHelp and @Fidomobile. I bought a phone with Fido, they send it with missing apart number. Number has been provided since 9/6 but tracker keeps saying still missing, even though Purolator costumer service confirms it has been received.
