Hey @Fidomobile, I spent an hour waiting for someone to chat, then when I said "cancel my account" to agent it dropped the link. Now it says "not able to place you in queue". That's galling, so you know what? Since you won't take my message, treat this tweet as my cancellation.

@Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"
