    It should be a crime to force me to listen to top 40 for the 29 minutes i have to wait in the queue to talk to someone on the phone at Fido customer service😤

    Hey @FidoSolutions don’t know what’s happening with your staffing. Called to inq about a plan that was offered; rep Joe said nothing doc by prev female rep. Another bad csr experience! Been w Rogers and Fido for 20yrs and this is was loyalty get; frustration!

    Had to Tablets stolen out of my Purse The last time was several weeks ago Vancouver Police Sucked big time didn't even show up like they said they would when I called Was tracking my device 😡 Thank you Fido for my new device😁 Solve your own Crimes cause Police suck at help

    @enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

    @FidoSolutions @tjham2 Same thing for me. Pretty annoying. Very frustrated with Fido's live support chat. I've tried 2 different browsers and the mobile app... Guess I half to call. 🙄

    Apparently Fido changed their Fido roam service such that you pay $7 a day even if you have data roaming turned off. So I got dinged $21 a couple weeks ago for phone service I never used. Thanks @fido !

    I have been chatting with @Bell and @Fidomobile customer support service recently, via their website, on my laptop. I should be able to handoff the chat to text message on my phone to continue the conversation on the go. #ux

    @Fidomobile Oh! But Fido will be carrying them? I did know the preorder isn’t for a few weeks, but it sounded from the support tech like Fido wasn’t going to carry it at all.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile will be filing paperwork on your agents who have mis lead and lied to us since last week about replacement modem for your home internet..5days later found out not one agent attempted send it. We have phone call logs and agent names. Worst service ever
