Masih (@masihhaha) reported@Fidomobile it’s sickening the garbage service you provide to your customers. You should be ashamed of the terrible and trash support system you have. All this money you charge for absolutely ******* nothing.
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)

liane bisaillon 🇨🇦 (@Lianebisaillon) reported@Fidomobile lately on my cell people can't seem to hear me properly. They say it sounds like I'm underwater, far away or words are missing. I phoned your customer service & they'll help me Wed at the earliest. You call that customer service? Unimpressed
-
Lori (@LoriinDurham) reported@Fidomobile @Rogers worst experience getting customer service. $400 a month and can’t get service
-
Silent Eyes (@ryanavi21) reported@Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....

Devin Riegle (@deriegle) reported@tearingItUp786 @Fidomobile It feels like people implemented this on day one of ChatGPT launch and never improved it from some alpha software It’s just an excellent example of tech debt at this point (we’ll fix it later and nobody does) I haven’t found a automatic chatbot experience I actually enjoy
-
She. M. (@MusingsbyShe) reported@StephenPunwasi @TDotResident I absolutely loved @Fidomobile until I had an issue and couldn't get help, anywhere.
-
Aman Bhargava (@Amanbhargava23) reported@Fidomobile @Rogers I AM HAVING TROUBKE REGARDING BILLING ISSUES WITH FIDO AND SINCE IT HAS BEEN TAKEN BY ROGERS AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE SUFFERED A LOT WOUOD REWYEST EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE FIDO. IT HAS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EVER EXIST THEY CANT EVEN FIND U IN SYSTEM
-
Susan Foster (@fostersusan261) reported@Fidomobile you should get some real people on the help line. Not your stupid AI bot. It's not helpful, and I need my problem fixed now, not in three days time when your 'specialist' can finally call me back. Also your app needs some help.

Author MJ ✝️ - BLOOD ON THE BORDERS (@TheHumbleLion_) reportedI want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.
