    Worst cellphone company is @Fidomobile The app never opens, it lags for days literally, somehow I used a GB of data in 5 mins without even opening an app and so on...

    .@Fidomobile your customer service is appallingly awful. Between my husband I we have spoken to 6 representatives today to resolve a mistake YOU MADE! One of them was helpful, but couldnt correct the mistake. Now we can only speak to a manager in 24 hours.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You guys should watch out. There is no information on website on how to close the account. And due to covid we had a lock down.
