@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I LOST MY JOB DUE TO THE COUNTRY WIDE OUTAGE AND FIDO REFUSES TO ADMIT RESPONSIBILITY. When I as a consumer chose Fido, I chose them with a certain expectation that my services would be provided. THEY WERE NOT. Not only were they not provided...

@Fidomobile I signed up for $30/mo and I’m getting an initial bill of $88.03. I was told that there were no service charges for joining Fido. Please I need some explanation?

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Correct. But as a company they should let consumers know that such a “minor” ( in their words) update could cause such a major outage. We were not made aware before and not until hours into it.

@RogersHelps @Fidomobile Interesting how the service interruption occurred last week and mentioned we’d see a credit for the inconvenience. However, i’m still been charged the same fees. A bunch of lies

@9209Vj @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile You realize wifi is the low range high speed network that comes from the little box in your house. Fido has zero control over that. Either you mean LTE 4G 5G, or you can call it mobile internet or maybe you mean the internet connection at home but none of those things are wifi.

@Rogers @Fidomobile what a joke its making you feel better by giving your customers a credit to the equivalent of 1 day? The day we had no service anyway? Do you think your clients are happy about the 1 day credit that may be only $2-$3 per...yet alot of people lost more (1of2)
