@Fidomobile why oh why is it so hard to get a straight answer???? My birthdate doesn’t match your credit check. After identity confirmation I was told it was fixed by the credit desk. Nope, still can’t activate a plan after he told me no problem now. This is exhausting.

I bought my phone through @Fidomobile shortly before my network just stopped working in my region. The cell towers are overloaded and I can't my phone unless I'm connected to wifi or outside of Prince Edward County. I've been speaking to tech support for months, no change (cont.)

@AGSouthern @Fidomobile Bell charges us $9 per day per phone to use our Canadian plan in the US lol. We were in Kingston last month and got charged because our phones connected to an American network for like a minute at one point while on the boat.
