Akira (@yu231233) reported@Fidomobile I got a defective device and returned. Fido cannot do anything at this moment as Fido cannot discharge my financing obligation. I was told to call back next week. Another 2-3hour wait, I will never get my new phone, but Fido continue to charge me for no service.
