    @Rogers @Fidomobile I thought there was a promise that customers like me, would not lose mobile. I can tell you that's not true. Checking down detector shows that the service has been randomly going down all over Canada. Why? #rogersoutage

    It’s been 6 months using @Fidomobile and they still send me the extra bill charges and whenever i try to call them they put me on hold or disconnect the call. What kind service is this @Fidomobile . I think they don’t care to provide any after sale service to customers.

    @Fidomobile Truly disappointed and feel let down. Instore rep confirmed calls and texts to US is covered. Got billed CAD 198 as a result of this trust. True is the struggle of new immigrants!
