    @Fidomobile I got a defective device and returned. Fido cannot do anything at this moment as Fido cannot discharge my financing obligation. I was told to call back next week. Another 2-3hour wait, I will never get my new phone, but Fido continue to charge me for no service.

    @Fidomobile Think twice before choosing Fido. Cell phone order pending for a week. No support or help provided. Left without phone for almost a week.

    @Fidomobile @yu231233 Their support is absolute trash I have a phone that I got on Friday that still isn’t working. Minimum 2 hr wait to talk to anyone is ridiculous. I also was told I would get follow up call last night but nothing of course, sad!

    @Fidomobile chat disconnected me after 5 mins of inactivity after I waited for them for 3 hours. Phone lines are down. Haven't been able to reach you guys all week trying to set up voicemail. What gives?
