Honestly, @Fidomobile sucks. But also, what phone service in Canada doesn’t? I just tried to find out about roaming usage, was told I couldn’t, then 1.5 hours later was told I hadn’t used any data today.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions another annoyed black Friday customer. Was promised $30 for one line and $25 for the second, but have been told by fido reps that monthly credit gets split between 2 months and to deal with it. Disappointed with the false advertising.

Love when I call @Rogers for a billing issue, spend 33 minutes on hold and explaining the issue, they tell me this is beyond the scope of their authority and transfer me to @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Irecieved a mail claiming that I'm liable of 288CAD as a phone bill to Fido but I don't have a postpaid account at Fido I have a prepaid account. And all the information that it is mentioning is wrong about me. It's just the mail, which is correct Help
