. (@pxpfir) reportedLooks like i’m going to be filing a complaint to the CCTS about @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions since they decided to SCAM ME and now are making it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Complete and utter JOKE.

Hasan Unlu (@hasanun03898098) reportedWooow @Rogers @Fidomobile you claim to be the number 1 yet there is no support after 7 or 8 pm. I transferred my number from Fido to Rogers replied YES and still got a cancelled after 90 mins message. Now support is closed and I cannot call anyone. What a joke. Shame!

Phil D. (@skarface789) reported@Fidomobile hey Fido, I accidentally added. Us travel pass to my daughters number which is currently set as the default (it shouldn’t be). Customer support says the 50$ charge is going through and cannot be moved. She is nowhere close to the us and I’m here now. Please explain the logic.

Kevin ⚜️ Dorfer (@kevindorfer) reportedHey @Fidomobile, just landed back in Canada after a month in France and... guess who's pissed? I have this line with Fido, calls and texts only, since my data come from my other sim, French plan. No worries, I'd think. Wrong. They slapped me with $108 more—turned out, every time someone rang my Canadian number and it went straight to voicemail, boom, $18. Six times. Even though I never answered... anyhow, it's insane and next level greedy! My previous line was with @Bell and they never did this crap.

Devin Riegle (@deriegle) reported@tearingItUp786 @Fidomobile It feels like people implemented this on day one of ChatGPT launch and never improved it from some alpha software It’s just an excellent example of tech debt at this point (we’ll fix it later and nobody does) I haven’t found a automatic chatbot experience I actually enjoy

Jennifer (@JMazda26) reported@Fidomobile is your tech support 24 hours ?
-
Dimy Da Plug (@dimydaplug) reported@Fidomobile you guys are the worst! No live support, only call back requests with no actual call back. I need to link my accounts and have been trying for weeks. I will switch over to a new company if I don’t get this resolved asap!

anon (@anon26747971223) reported@Fidomobile @Rogers your towers are sending wrong GPS locations to phones. People in canada are pinging off towers in Peru. It's been a real pain. It has been multiple people with Fido and Rogers. Could you please fix this?
