    @Fidomobile I have been on hold for 2 hours and 24 minutes to speak with an agent 😱🤬 I have also been waiting for an agent from your online chat for 50 minutes. This is not something I can do online or if not be wasting my time! Terrible service!

    @Fidomobile Perhaps on of you can run over and pick up the phone at the call centre because I have been on hold for two hours two days in a row. What horrible customer service. You play the same ****** music as well on repeat.

    @Fidomobile Guys do not buy anything!!! This is the worst Canadian phone service ever if you can pay some bucks elsewhere do not hesitate! You will regret soon!!!

    @Fidomobile tried calling twice today. Stayed on hold well over an hour both times to get hung up on by the phone systems. Also tried to online chat and was unable to even be placed in a queue. This is not great service.

    Hearing about @koodo’s Black Friday deal ($50/month for 50GB data + unlimited talk/text AND a free iPhone 11?!?!) I’d be a fool not to switch phone providers! Especially after the joke of a credit @Fidomobile offered their customers after their 2nd outage in under a yr. #Koodo
