  @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I’ve called 12+ times about charges for services that were never activated or used. Your notice says you received “no response” from me, yet I’ve repeatedly contacted customer service, billing, and collections with no resolution.

  @1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.

  Requested @Fidomobile to close my account, but instead was pushed to keep paying for unused services. Now facing unnecessary charges& collection harassment.If closed on time,this issue wouldn’t exist. Authorities should investigate such practices. @CRTCeng #ConsumerRights #Canada

  @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!
