    @Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.

    @JollySweets @Fidomobile @VirginPlus It's ridiculous. The explanation is hilarious "in order to improve our service offering, we're charging you 5 bucks. Thanks for being a longtime customer!".

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile My phone line was cancelled without notifying me of the consequences and now the support team is not able to solve the issue.

    It’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

    @Fidomobile I dispute this balance and need someone from Customer Relations to finally resolve it before any collection action is taken. I have been frustrated beyond belief by your conflicting customer service representatives.

    @Fidomobile worst service have to wait 5days in advance to talk to representatives and ask Jack is scam. You guys have become unethical trying to steal every month. I'll be going to CCTS complaints. Telecom has become a joke in Canada thanks to you guys.

    @1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.
