    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

    @Fidomobile in Mexico currently & can’t get hold of anyone @ 611. Need help with 2 travel plans……. a wrong date was provided through an agent for me & wife’s plan that was requested yesterday online was not implemented. Just did it again on line & it is isn’t working.

    @Fidomobile why has it taken 7 phone calls so far, problem still not sorted out, for our Black Friday phone that never made it to us, was sent back to you, then cancelled and now you want to raise our monthly bill with no phone in hand yet. And we’ve been charged for everything.
