  • the_cellarboy cellarboy (@the_cellarboy) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@MobileSyrup My god Fido really are becoming bottom feeders. Well I say that but they still charge as much or more for their services as anyone else. Probably just a ploy by Rogers to reduce the amount of support staff they employ.

  • sauravarora Srv (@sauravarora) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Fidomobile My #concern up & running since #February2020 and I had #patiently waited as everytime I thought you guys will fix the problem from back but depsite of #myefforts nothing have changed. I haven't any seen any #effort from #Fido. #Thisisnottheway to treat your #customers

@mattmcqueen @BradInYYC @_LaineyBoggs_ @telusmobility @koodo Haven't been with Telus but have been with Koodo, virgin, fido, freedom/wind Would never deal with fido, freedom/wind ever again. Rest are all the same. What sets them apart is customer service and pricing

  • Crackmacs cm (@Crackmacs) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@gfinockio @Fidomobile @koodo Yuppers. Thought about switching to their service but after talking to friends and shaw employees who have it, decided against it

  • Crackmacs cm (@Crackmacs) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@gfinockio @Fidomobile @koodo You would be wrong. We've tried but they won't do anything for us unless we leave as clients. Given my horrendous experience with their customer service/tech support this month, I'm gonna switch to anyone that has actual people you can call

  • catmcfarland Cathleen McFarland (@catmcfarland) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@204Girl0574 #RogersSucks is well ahead of the curve of abusive, entitled treatment of its customers- Bell & Shaw are bad, but mere pretenders compared to Rogers/Fido underhanded, sly behaviour & unapolgetically bad service, not to mention #Brightstar their so-called “insurers”of damaged 📞.

  • Mdegozaru Mel Mah (メル・マ)剣盾面白い (@Mdegozaru) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@FidoSolutions hey I think a number is spamming people claiming to be the 'Fido Chinese Customer support' from +14038093609.
